We used this for a two day leadership meeting to get real time feedback and to provide us with progress made over the two days on some key areas. It was adopted last minute but incorporated easily into our presentation.
Very easy to use and allows live time polling with an audience.
I had no issues with the free trial version.

We are a church that utilizes the live Q&A feature regularly. It allows us to take questions in an orderly manner, and with COVID, being able to do this touchless was just another unexpected benefit. I can change settings on the fly on another device when in presenter mode. It's great.
It works, every time, just as it should. With inexpensive software, especially one that offers considerable function for free, I'm always impressed by the reliability. Support is also top notch, though you won't need it.
I honestly have no gripes with this software. It works perfectly for our needs, live Q&As.

We've used it for some online events, namely live broadcasts and webinars with multiple attendees.
Very user friendly. Small events will be OK with free plan. Easy both for administrator and the audience (users who put questions). Very very mobile friendly.
Free version has a very limited number of symballs for questions, which is probably made deliberately to force users consider a paid plan.

An easy audience interaction and event management tool both at professional and personal level.
Easy Interaction during presentations and video conferences, features like live polls and anonymous question submission, security are easy to execute.
It can be slow and can crash if browser connectivity is weak.

I loved it! We were able to ask a suitable question and collect responses in real-time during our live webinar.
I loved the ease of use and the instantaneous response times. Kind customer support.
For questions which have many options - docking the column header would be great because currently it moves out of view.

Wonderful. Everyone from sales to customer service are friendly, very helpful, and respond super quickly.
Live onsite responses and use during general session was seamless and easy to use for me and my client who was the moderator.
I did have to ask customer service how to do things - couldn't find info on the help center very easily. HOWEVER, your customer service is responsive and sent me all the tutorials I needed.

We've used Slido to interact live with audiences a few times. It's easy to set up, easy to use, and interacts seamlessly. Highly recommend.
We used the Q&A feature to allow event attendees to ask anonymous questions, which were answered by a panel. The ability for other participants to see the questions on their devices and upvote the ones they also wanted answered simplified the process and allowed us to answer the most important questions.
It would have been helpful to export the questions after the fact, but I believe that's in the paid tier. Not a huge deal.

I use Slido ever since I saw it at a conference. User experience is great both for the presenter and the audience. Numerous integrations with Powerpoint, Google Slides, Zoom help make presentations seamlessly interactive. I also love the fact it supports my mother language.
Slido events are easy to set up and even easier to use. Of all the tools I used at live and online events, Slido brings the highest interaction rates.
I wish I could mark questions in a survey as required. This is not an option just yet. It would be useful for me.

A really great engagement tool for events to keep the attendees engaged using tools that they already have, their smart devices
The range of options available to create engagement opportunities with attendees, particularly, the quiz and the live poll functions allow you to judge the mood in the room without needing to pause the main presentation.
The clunkiness in moderating and managing user questions in the Question and answer area. Senior management also don't like the ability for users to submit anonymous questions

As a training manager, I sometimes get big audience more than 200 pax in an event. We use Slido to engage our audiences especially the live results so that everyone feels connected albeit not having the stage time or holding the microphone.
The UI took sometime for me to understand, but no big deal

One thing only is that when I am in PowerPoint, and then switch to Slide to present let say the result of a quick live survey, I have to click present full screen to see the animation of the reception of the results. This should be automatic.

Online class is challenging not only for the teachers but also students. Interactions using Slido has increased engagement in class and students feel less lonely learning remotely from one another. Also good for shy students to participate in any discussions - using open text, rating or cloud text.
1. Seamlessly working on MS PowerPoint. 2. Easy and quick to set any interactions. 3. Going live is a matter of opening the slide - no activation from web version needed. 4. Participation through QR code is straightforward and hassle-free. 5. Students rare particularly more engaged in class (online) - especially with the Quiz interaction.
All interactions should have nickname option, not just Quiz. Not all participants embrace anonymity.

Slido works with Microsoft Teams. That's a bonus for me as a daily MS Team user.
I recently use this product for my recent conference. This webapp is very similar to Qualtrics but it is more easy to use and it has more organized navigation. The great thing is Slido works with Microsoft Teams. It is very convenient for Window user like me. I use MS Teams daily. Templates in the Live Polls tab allows me to create a poll in a quick way.
Free trial does not offer to hide other participant's submitted question. Only paid plans will offer this feature.

My overall experience with Slido is good. It works perfectly fine in the PowerPoint itself and has great features I appreciate a lot, such as live pools and, of course, the quizzes. As of now I didn't have any problems while using this software as it works very reliably. I may also mention the Slido Academy, which is a platform that offers loads of video tutorials for getting started with Slido and exploring its many resources. This is such a great add-on!
What I like the most about Slido is how I can engage with my audience by easily creating live polls and quizzes directly on a PowerPoint presentation and getting instant feedback... all this on real-time! Slido is both fun, pedagogic, easy to use and has incredible features I appreciate a lot. I firstly found Slido while watching a presentation of a colleague and since then I've been using it for many quizzes and Q&As, as it is very easy to access by the participants.
If I had to point any less good characteristic, I would say that what I like the least about this software is the not so user-friendly layout. I would like to see more of a modern design and I think there is room for improvement there. Other than that, I had not encounter any issues or concerns whatsoever. I'm also aware that the support team is very friendly and responsive, which is great!

I can speak about two aspects of Slido; from both the participant's and presenter's perspectives. From a participant's perspective, I always appreciate that a presenter is trying to get my input into the conversation, and it's always refreshing to be involved in a presentation, regardless of the subject. From the presenter's perspective, I love the ease of setting up different questions, and having the results either live or hidden until reveal. Slido is a great way to bring a spark to presentations, and can provide interesting dialogue.
I haven't run into any complications, and I don't expect to. Slido does what it promises to do. Perhaps more options for displaying results could be an improvement.

With Sli.do we've been able to get more feedback from attendees at the ends of conferences. The question and answer sessions have gone much more smoothly since there's no need to get up, find a mic, or go to the front. They just keep flowing from the screen.
Sli.do literally invites persons attending conferences to ask questions from the comfort of their mobile device for speakers and presenters to answer. It returns an interactive element that has been long missing in big event sessions. It's ridiculously easy for attendees to get in and participate without having to download an app and just as easy to set up for a multimedia team. If you're not using Sli.do at your next conference then you're missing out on valuable opportunities for audience feedback. If you're worried about people posing inappropriate questions, there's moderation feature so you can control what questions go live.
The hardest part was for the multimedia team or presenter in controlling Sli.do and the other presentation content. They had to keep switching back and forth. There is a download available that allows you to overlay Sli.do content on top of your presentation now. That make things a bit easier.
