User opinions about Scrivener price and value

Value for money rating:

Of 20 reviews that provide robust commentary on Scrivener's price and value, mention it in a positive light.

Some users report that Scrivener offers strong value for money due to its one-time purchase model, free upgrades, and absence of subscription fees. Reviewers appreciate the generous free trial, which allows extensive testing before buying, and say the ongoing updates add to its worth. Some users find the cost reasonable considering the time saved and features included. However, some reviewers feel frustrated by the need to buy separate licenses for different platforms, which they say increases the overall cost. A few users mention that the price can be a barrier for those on a tight budget.

Integration rating: 5.0 (11)

I primarily utilize this application for dictation and grammar assistance due to the shortcomings of Word's integrated editor.

I have the pro version, so I can open a Scrivener file directly into ProWritingAid, edit it, and then open it again in Scrivener. Very handy.
