Simbli is a cloud-based board management software which provides tools for managing meetings, policies, planning, and evaluations to governments, nonprofits, school boards, and other decision-making bodies.

Simbli’s meeting management solution allows users to manage all meeting types from a single location, and align meetings to strategic plans and goals. Meetings can be searched for and sorted by type, date, and other criteria. Users can create notes for individual agenda items, and meeting minutes and votes can be recorded. The strategic planning tools enable the creation, management, and tracking of action plans, strategic plans, facilities plans, technology plans, school improvement plans, and more. Plans can be viewed, printed, and downloaded in multiple formats, such as data sheets, maps, and calendar views. Team and individual progress can be tracked through the strategic planning dashboard, which includes balanced scorecards. Plans can also be filtered and sorted by status, priority, due date, department, owner, and more.

With Simbli’s policy software, users can manage all board policies, procedures, administrative regulations, and exhibits in a single location. Draft policies can be posted for public review, allowing stakeholders to comment before policy adoption, and policies can be linked to related legal references, empowering stakeholders to investigate their own queries. Old versions of policies are automatically archived, enabling the tracking of policy changes. Simbli also allows users to manage multiple evaluation types, including organizational reviews, board self-assessments, and leader evaluations, and users can utilize existing evaluation templates or create their own. Evidence such as policies, supporting documents, and performance measures can be linked to evaluations.
