Switching between spaces, imo reloading are wrong way.

Atlassian charges per user, and also charges add-ons per user, so it can get very expensive very quickly at scale. Teamplate helped us mitigate this issue for our external facing operations.

Since I started using it a few months, there's been consistent improvements made to the tool to make it more effective.

By far my favourite aspect is that it reduces 'white space' time switching between tools and finding documents since the organizational structure allows you to effectively switch between chat room, data room and task tracking modes very easily. 

Does it replace Jira and Confluence for a tech team? No - it lacks the flexibility and features. BUT, I don't think this is what Teamplate was built for.

So far, it has been a rather positive experience. Whilst, we are still getting used to Teamplate as opposed to the previous service used, I think that there is a lot of potential and will only get better once it is finetuned slightly.
