At first the learning line is a bit complicated but once you learn to use it you can create an administration to your liking, you can create different cookies for different separate projects. It is very versatile, the truth is that I have been surprised to have found a browser like this. It saves me from creating multiple profiles in Google Chrome or Edge, using multiple cookies within a single browser is a huge advantage for people running different execution hubs.

The price is a bit expensive, I would have liked it to start from $9.99.I would also like you to add a widget to crop the area you want from a given page and only that area to be displayed in a widget just like arc browser does.

Webdock & Workflow possibilities.Sleep / pre-caching functionality.

Tabs drag functionality improvements (multi-window improvements).More tab split, maybe global fixed positioning or shortcut show/ hide, functionality.Currently, the RAM usage is still relatively high. Are there any ways to improve this?Google Translate Functionality (built-in and not from the extension).

Sleeping tabs, tab organization, the breakdown of each App and where it goes. SOOOOO many things! Customer service. The free trial.

I love the tab management and apps. When i open a new tab/doc/jira/airtable/whatever it auto put it in the right app where it is categorically placed and easy to find and navigate.Split tab/screen within one window is also awesome and i use it a LOT.

Smart notes is a really cool concept but it needs work but I see a ton of potential. Some task management based on notes would be awesomeNotifications need a rework, they are not visible and not useful

While Wavebox is a great tool for streamlining workflow, it does have a few drawbacks. One of the biggest issues is that it can be a bit resource-intensive, which can slow down your computer if you have too many tabs open. However, this one is solvable by using tab-sleep feature. Leaving tabs you really need in no-sleep mode solves the issue.Another downside is that Wavebox is not a free software. While it does offer a free trial, after that, users must pay a subscription fee to continue using the software. This may not be an issue for some users, but it could be a dealbreaker for those on a tight budget.

Managing multiple online stores can be a headache. Sometimes you have multiple emails and multiple logins for the same websites and you can come in the mistake of forgetting to log out and log in to the correct account. This app helps me SO MUCH by creating groups and with a simple click I enter the same website and I'll be logged in to the correct account. Thank you wavebox you make my life easier....

At the beginning can be a little complex. Would like it to have less options so people worry less about settings and more into using the actual software.

I have tested many productivity-oriented browsers and Wavebox is the most successful in terms of built-in features. Many applications can be integrated and if one is not listed, you can add it easily.The team has developed some very useful extensions, but since it's based on Chromium, you can use all the third-party Chrome extensions.

At beginning all concepts of profiles, cookies containers, workspaces, webdocks, widgets ... were many things to manage and configure correctly.

I first began exploring Wavebox for the ability to use multiple cookie containers so that I wasn't having to constantly log in and out of various accounts. But the organizational structure of multiple groups, workspaces, and tabs has worked so well for my brain — and become second nature to use — that I can't imagine ever going back.

It's not always clear what will happen when you drag an app or tab, and I find that functionality to be a little temperamental. Not enough to detract from the benefits, though!

Ability to access many different application within seconds. I have many applications and place on the web I go to daily and Wavebox makes my organization and access seamless. Love the fact I sync with all my computer! I CANNOT FUNCTION without Wavebox. It's like a piece of me after more than 3 years use.

I cannot think of anything at this time.

Wavebox really does what it says - makes me more organized, less overwhelmed, and more productive. I absolutely love how customizable it is. From simple things like colors and icons to the big stuff like the actual layout of the entire workspace. It works well with every single app/platform/tool I use. I love Smart Notes, its split-screen capability, it works with Chrome extensions... the list goes on. And I don't know that I've even used every single feature yet. It's just so robust AND it doesn't slow my computer down.

There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at first. I ended up totally scrapping my initial setup with how I grouped things because I realized it was not functioning the best way for *my* brain and the way I work. The customizability is amazing but it also means you can easily set things up in ways that may not be the best for how each individual works.Also, maybe I missed something in the settings but I couldn't figure out how to not literally mute everything while in Focus Mode. I turned Focus Mode on to stop pop-up notifications of new emails, but then I'd go into a Google Meet meeting and have no audio. I'd like an option to not have notifications pop-up/sounds but still have audio in my apps within Wavebox.

We all use so many software, platforms, apps...Having all of them neatly organized in a SINGLE app is much better. I know, you might say "I can simply bookmark my web apps and use them inside my browsers, what's the difference?". There are so many! 1) Evertything in one place --> I simply LOVE having all of my apps in the very same place. No more mixing browsing websites for research and apps! 2)...

Seriously? Nothing :) Or maybe...not having a single "search all my accounts files and messages". But that means a "magic wizard", a digital miracle. Think they are working on it :)

As our nonprofit began helping more and more nonprofits with the migration to cloud-based services, keeping all the various user accounts separated into Chrome profiles was fast becoming unwieldly. I tried several other browsers but none could hold a candle to the power and productivity of Wavebox.

At the moment - not really. Every time I think I find something that can be improved, I'm reading the latest Release Notes and the staff have already addressed it! I reached out to the Support team just a few weeks ago and within hours [SENSITIVE CONTENT] responded with a quick note stating my feature request would be included in the next release. Not just months and months down the pipeline - but within a week.

I have been using Wavebox for a few months now... and I have not found any CONS yet! (I doubt I will) It provides so many more features than I imagined.

No need to sign in/out of multiple logins across different apps and within the same app (e.g. multiple gmail logins). Tutorials are available and customer service is fantastic.

The setup takes a little bit of getting used to. Watch their tutorial when you first download Wavebox and you'll be all set!

Everything is in one place. I work for a non-profit organisation as a volunteer, so it's incredibly useful to have all of my logins for all of the different web management and social media tools somewhere that doesn't interfere with my other work.

It just takes a while to figure out the best way to set everything up. You can put EVERYTHING in there, which means there are a ton of options. Workflows are complicated and putting your tools in a new dashboard just takes time.

Wavebox allows me to centralize all my communications apps in one place. It's become pretty essential to my productivity at this point!

Because it's a browser-based service, apps like Teams aren't optimized. The price has also climbed quite a bit over the years.

Wavebox allows me to remove the 30+ tabs I had open in my browser and have them all in one screen with easy navigation and logos to quickly navigate each programme.

The software has no faults - it includes everything and makes my efficiency and productivity a breeze day to day. I couldn't recommend it more!

I'm using Wavebox for about 4 years now and I don't want to life without it. I'm using it for my personal and business accounts and Wavebox makes it very easy to keep those accounts separated and organized. I really like how all the apps I need, like Mail, Calendar, and Chat are all available from the same window.

I really can't think of anything. It's working great and has everything I need at the moment.

The things that i like about wavebox the most are the individual tabs and sections that you can create,you can create a folder like structure in your browser which is very usable indeed.I also like that the browser is updated very regularly indeed,it shows that the developer cares about there product.I also like the way that you can add your own appl;ications as well which means you dont have to leave your browser to go to say one of your desktop applications.It saves time switching between them.Overall very happy indeed.

I would probably like to see more extensions available in wavebox as there are competitors out there which have some applications that wavebox doesnt have-e.g. roundcube email which i use on a daily basis,apart from that there is really nothing i could say that is negative about wavebox.

Wavebox team of developers made an excellent work. This is best than any regular browser, as it consumes less resources than Chrome, and its app-based system of organizing websites inside cookie-specific profiles boosts enormously my productivity.

There is nothing I do not like in the software. It is highly customizable and fits all my needs.

I was looking for a productivity tool for a client that would create a "dashboard" environment and simplify his life. I have found it so incredibly helpful and has enhanced my productivity exponentially. I truly will keep using this product indefinitely!

The only drawback to me is that there isnt an ipad and iphone app. I like the browser so much, I want to use it on all my devices.
