I couldn't figure out how, and I was confused because on the page I was trying to delete the booking, the button the 'cancel' the booking looked like a button the 'cancel' out of the page - I normally can figure out most software but this actually stymied me as it had no tool tips or further guidance on the page...

There’s a resource I can only book for 2hrs at a time but sometimes I need to book it multiple times a day so it would be non-stop notifications if I had it on.

It can be a little competitive to book popular lab resources but being able to plan ahead your day looking at the bookings among coworkers and other teams is so helpful!

I can not say anything negativ about YaRooms as a tool for booking desks in our office.

When my company initially adopted it, the system required users to double-confirm their bookings via email, which was annoying.

Reasonably intuitive, allows for efficiencies such as booking multiple days in a row with one booking.

Options for booking (Map or time based) so you can have a flexible booking based on availability.

The word cancel shown in a button, next to an edit button, means something different in most software so that part is NOT intuitive :-)

While the software is generally effective, checking the classroom booking schedule on mobile devices can be challenging, which may hinder on-the-go access and management.

When a person cancels a desk, we sometimes find it takes a few minutes and a few re launches before we can see the free desk or that we can book another desk.

It could show a half and grayed out photo for those who have reserved a half day, or have a pop up alert to improve this.

It's a really well-made application, very useful for booking desks and meeting rooms, in order to plan activities in advance.

Ability to see the seating arrangements in a map view, facilitating easy location identification.

Release Management Specialist

YAROOMS is so easy to use, with an immediate map of your office desks and, once booked, it is just a click per day to show anyone you are there. When you are a new hired, having a map showing names and faces of your neighbors is sometimes really helpful!

The confirmation emails and Microsoft Teams calendar sync are great.

Openings Manager

Its features are well-designed, handling everything from room bookings to meeting scheduling effortlessly.

Also sometimes I get the feeling the UI overlay is a bit "clumsy" - choosing the correct floor and date could become more convenient/easier.  

The "blueprints" of the bookable room layouts are accurate.

I would rename cancel to 'Delete' (since in hindsight, that is why you have the trashcash icon there).

Overall it serves the critical need of booking desks in the hybrid office setup in a very intuitive and easy manner.

I also find the pick and drag function on the laptop very convenient.

I like the map functionality in general and the overview it gives with the colour indicators.

Not always easy to use on the go, in regards the mobile application, so some functionality to improve this would be beneficial
