The product begins with an embeddable AI inquiry bot that lives on a planner's website or as a standalone link. Couples and event clients describe their wedding or event through a real conversation — date, guest count, venue, scope, and budget — and the system hands the planner a structured brief that drafts itself into a quote. Planners can also paste cold email inquiries directly into the chat-based quote builder.

Quote drafting is plain-language, not template-based. Planners describe the event in their own words — "wedding for 150 with full catering" or "two-day corporate offsite, AV included" — and QuotePilot drafts a complete proposal: line items, quantities, multi-section structure (Florals, Catering, Coordination, Decor), tax, deposit terms. The AI uses rates and language learned from quotes the user has previously sent. New users get sensible estimates on quote one; by quote five, the AI drafts from real history.

Owners refine quotes in plain language ("drop the rehearsal coordination and bump everything 10%") or by editing the table directly. Every AI change is shown as a visual diff before it lands, with one-click undo and full version history. Optional add-ons can be toggled by clients in the portal with live total recalculation.

Quotes go to clients as branded links they review and sign in the browser.
