Pictures & videos are everything when it comes to project documentation. This app has this ability more than any other app I’ve seen.
I have the ability to give it to field foreman for site documentation and they are able to keep jobs on track.
I do like the original version before the software update. Seemed more streamline.

Its at the fingertips of the foreman and since they are typically on their phone or computer then this is a fast option.
We currently use a all in one project management software that has this option included so we have no use for a stand alone.
Thanks for the review! We have native integrations with all of the top project management solutions. If you find Raken's reporting better than those solutions, you can automatically sync your daily reports and time cards into all-in-one tools.

Not only have these daily logs saved our company money from lending legal action (we had photographic eveidence of work completed according to schedule), but some of our vendors have started using Raken for their projects as well.
We have constructions project all over the state. Raken easily allows remote foreman to update the project management teams with photos, surveys, and daily information as well as an hours worked log.
As a larger company, we currently have only been able to assign a single administrator to the system. There likely is a way to do this but we haven’t contacted support.

The fact if used on a daily basis, this tool has been extremely helpful when stating our point on site conditions.
Easy to deploy, train new users, access to information. This tool has helped us in multiple situations where the site supervision team will file reports to the GC claiming that the subcontractors are not preforming. I will have the foreman fill out a report along with pictures showing the real conditions of the site, simply send the report to the PM. This normally ends the false claims of underperformance.
Would like to see more "tool-box" talks sheets, relevant to the various trades. More enforcement on making sure that the foremen carry out this task weekly

Our overall experience with Raken has been great. We have been awarded new projects because the general contractor liked receiving these reports. Also we have been able to demonstrate the work was done when going through a lawsuit.
Provides documentation for back up, shows your company is profesional, encourages accountability
Pictures are sometimes misdated, different profiles add up to the price and it can become expensive.

The Raken App is so great. There is no way you could exist in big time commercial construction without it. It puts all your daily logs in a great, well organized, professional document. You can look back on any situation that happens on your job site with ease. I would recommend this app for any contractor out there. Big or small.

As a Superintendent for a commercial construction company, it is hard to find time to sit down and fill out your log book. Let alone track down pictures and organize them so they relate to that day. Good luck gathering this information in a timely manner! Then I ran across Raken. Didn't know anything about it but seemed worth the try. Did the 15 day trial, they even let me try it for longer. ...
