New features added every year, Happy with the software!

Great software and support

While this program is *able* to do pretty much everything for project management, after several months of use, we will be returning to using some other systems because of the difficulty of onboarding certain features to our team and irritating gaps in the software such as not being able to upload and delete stored files consistently.

Solid software for the price

The user interface is outdated. Looks like it was build in the early 2010s and never updated. 
Also, they also kept charging me even though I canceled the membership. They would not issue a refund.  

Don't waste your money

Thank you Yoni for the review.  When you last logged in, you are right - we did have a very dated UI.  But that is no longer the case as we have had many updates since then including a new custom dashboard with custom and resizable widgets. "It's a beaut, Clark. A beaut!" 

Regarding billing, we asked you to send anything to us showing that you cancelled your account but you would not.  You signed up under the old terms which requires that customers email support to cancel the account.  In doing so, this automatically creates a ticket and sends a copy back to you.  This allows you to have a copy and us. (Now, someone can cancel directly from within their account.)  We asked for a copy of the Sent email or the ticket number or anything but nothing was provided.  Up until then, we had no reason to cancel the account as the request had not been made in email or chat or anywhere.

Get what you pay for 

Hi Kiefer. It's very unfortunate to see an inaccurate review like this.  You are correct, we do not integrate with iCloud and did not claim we did.  We do have a 100 day guarantee and when you signed up, you agreed to the requirements of the guarantee but you chose not to fulfill them.  Like most of our competitors, we do not integrate with existing forms/templates but you can easily build those within our system.  I am not aware of the QB issue you mentioned as you never brought that up in any of our conversations nor has anyone else ever reported it.  We did not steal any money - we charged your account as you requested when signing up.  There is no software provider that is a perfect fit for everyone.  We try really hard to be the best and most affordable option for most people.  We offer a free trial so that you can see how it works.  We offer the 100 day guarantee so that you can use it and then have an option to get a refund if you decide it does not meet your needs.

Integration process was surprisingly painless, mobile app is great. The ease of creating, submitting, approving, and logging change orders on mobile is excellent.

You get very important stuff for a great price. This is not over priced at all compared to others and it gives you more than the other competitors do.

The software is a very powerful and comprehensive solution, however it is very flexible and you can utilize any features that fits your requirements.

Also the estimating inputting seems to be a struggle. Maybe its that we are new but going from Estimate to SOV to whatever is next is a struggle and we still dont have it down.
