The problem with this type of product was there were tons of functions that a subcontractor would never need or use. These products were also not efficient in exchanging files and information.

It was great being able to assign different roles to different users so individuals only saw the information relevant to their position.

We use the Sage 300 connector, and all project financials are current in our projects on eSub. There's a cost to complete function that is a great way to get an idea of how the project will finish.

Getting a job set up is not quite smooth yet. I have a little trouble figuring out how to get my information switched over from the Edge.

I do have a suggestion if you could make the workers to where if you made a mistake while inputting their information (name)  to be able to edit instead of having to delete & redo.

Our field guys were able to use this on their phones for daily reports. Teaching them to do this was expected to be difficult but the software was super easy to use and understand.
