Difficult subscription cancellation

They have no interest in providing any leniency to errors and will continue to bill you for up to 12 months after requesting a cancellation.  

Tried the service for 30 days and wasn't a fit. When I reached out to cancel, they said it's been 31 days since I signed up and I'm locked in for a year. When a SaaS service fights to extract payment from unhappy customers, you've gotta wonder about the viability of their product.

I could use more design detail capabilities in the 3D. Books on a bookshelf styled, the ability to drape blankets over a chair/sofa.

Assuming that everything works properly when syncing with QuickBooks, then there is sufficient information coming through for us to be able to recognize transactions rather than having to recreate them.

Customer service has always been satisfactory in answering basic queries through email and messaging, although complicated synchronization problems may take time to solve.
