What is Novade?

Novade is the leading construction management platform to manage large and complex projects. Designed to help Developers, General Contractors, and Operators streamline building maintenance, repair, and inspection operations. The application enables managers to monitor employees’ work hours, manage payroll, generate progress reports, and assign tasks to team members.

It offers a variety of features such as commission management, quality control, timecards, analytics, activity tracking, project management, push notifications, geolocation, and more. It allows employees to access Gantt charts, report incidents, manage checklists, generate safety forms, and track equipment via a unified platform. Novade also lets administrators record GPS coordinates of employee or asset movement and verify employees’ attendance through a biometric system.

Novade offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party barcode scanning, human resource (HR), and IoT systems. It also allows supervisors to automate workflows, create form templates to manage recurring field tasks, and synchronize client data across the platform.
