The software is functional, easy to use, and offers great reporting. The thing i like most would have to be the customer service though, its by far the best i've experienced.
Inability to see only open items during PM punch instead of both GC Verified and Open. Inability to select multiple pictures from gallery at once to attach to an item instead of doing them one by one.
Overall it is a great product and I am excited to use it on this project.
The front end set up of FinishLine can be intimidating if the user has not done it before.

We struggle to use effectively when there is poor cell service or no internet available.
Overall good experience. Their customer service and their assistance is fantastic.
Minor background bugs are occasionally missed with updates on less used systems. These sometimes cause unintended functionalities in the program.
SiteMax is extremely user friendly. More importantly, the team at SiteMax are extremely creative and have been able to create very effective forms to support our company.
Not entirely setup for outside Trade user integration. Lack of customization in some aspects of the software ( project user homepages).
For us being able to have all of our documents that are required out in the field in one place, with the added benefit of real time reporting is a great assest to our company.
But ill tell you in advance (because we looked into this option) you are looking at a minimum of $100,000.0 investment.
Having access to all our job paperwork while in the field is awesome.

I like that this program is easy to use, and the customer service is SUPER quick / helpful.
With so many employees having different phones and not having programs to utilize the uploaded fillable pdf and word docs that we upload is frustrating.
To be able to work hand in hand with the programmers and having them reach out and question what they can do to make it better. They have been very helpful.
I know in the beginning as an administrator I couldn't delete somethings that were uploaded in error and you had to email ConDoc. But they've changed it and we have more control.
Ease of Access, Very User-Friendly and Intuitive, Customer Support is very proactive and responsive.
Fear not they're currently in the works with being able to create forms and checklist that can be used for each project.
It really is a great solution for companies looking to take their projects and company to a cloud-based solution.
It is easy to use, easy to reach customer service, and a great product for efficiency.

Using the app on site may be difficult. The previously logged defect titles etc should come up as you type.
Very easy to use, with a wide functionality. Very advantageous in creating Clean & Clear Notices to different Subcontractors on site.
Sometimes our installers get really bad signal on site and cannot upload or send PDf's. But there is nothing that can be done from the software side.
Snagging, quality records, H&S reporting, outstanding work lists and so many other reasons to use it.
It's a network problem and delays correspondence.
The customization and ease of use is what I like most about this software.
Currently limited on the look of the completed reports.

The features i fels was weak was upgraded a short time after i started to use the product.
Our clients have been pleased with project documentation. They always have the most current information in an easy to read format.
There are still some that have a high threshold for joining and communicating on a «public» area like this - out of fear of doing something incorrect.
The ease of use for new team members is excellent. We can introduce Fonn on new projects, with new teams, and they can start using it immediately.
We've had an excellent experience from the initial team training to ad hoc support. The product is easy to learn, and easy to manage.

Very good, customer service from all departments is to a high standard. All products are very good in the construction game everyone uses them daily and it makes our work/job easier.
Although fedback at the start its still the same 2 years later. If we leave the system in October we would have to download the data or pay for a viewing license- It's terrible.
The cost and ease of use for the field individuals is very good. Mobile functionality is easy to navigate and data does sync without any major issues.
Poor training, very poor drawn out support, very expensive system which underdelivers in pretty much all areas.

Very difficult to set-up, create forms etc, Assistance was sought few years ago and was offered at price to expensive to company.

Start out using FieldLens for Daily Reports. We tried implementing every feature at once and that is always a mistake with any app when trying to train new users.
They will make sure at all cost that you are successful in using their product no matter what. Great team over at FieldLens for sure.
Haven't ran into many problems with Fieldlens in our application. The only issue I have experienced is an issue saving when cell service was spotty.
With proper attention and imagination invested during set-up the application will do some pretty amazing things.
We couldn't seem to easily navigate the dashboard.
New insights are constantly being revealed while learning from the captured information in FieldLens. I would have to say that my most liked quality of FieldLens is their customer support.
That it takes up a lot of memory on my phone. This may be a technical glitch on my end but am not sure.
Great app to use for punch list items, it can be updated in real time and interface if easy enough that anyone on the team can use it, features include adding pictures and descriptions to drawings.
This intelligence gives us better visibility and metrics to manage our complex organization - insights we were not able to achieve with any other solution.
I like that once a post is created, anybody with permissions can add pictures/text/etc in real time.
