Honestly, the biggest thing for me was being able to flag and assign issues on the spot during setup. When you're coordinating a tech event, load-in day is pure chaos — AV teams, vendors, venue staff all doing their thing at once — and having everything logged in one place with photos and timestamps meant nothing slipped through.
