What is EBP Comptabilité?
ACTIV is a tool developed by EBP whose objective is to streamline the management of company accounting. The package is available in two versions: on the one hand, as a type of SaaS portal, or alternatively, as a tool which can be installed on a workstation under the Microsoft operating system.
The tool is based on details of accounts currently in force and streamlines the entry of data on income and expenditure. There is a help wizard available, designed to save time for those who may lack accounting expertise. Once the required data entries have been made, the tool can offer options to generate the documents required to create a set of accounts, such as a balance sheet or an income statement. In addition, a powerful and ergonomic dashboard provides a real-time overview of a company’s financial position.
To streamline normal accounting procedures, the software is designed to streamline the process of exporting data to a company accountant. Online declarations can also be implemented direct from ACTIV. So, for example, tax declarations and online payments can be implemented without difficulty.
