JS customer service super responsive. Ability to quickly access information about our relationship with an individual investor (i.e. which active and realized investments is an investor in).
For example, each quarter I was having to craft and send over one hundred unique emails with distribution information that is now done with two clicks and zero errors.
Everyone we have worked with on getting our investor portal set up has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our investors love using it and how easy it is for them to log in and monitor activity.
No IT team or person; they really need to address this ASAP.
Our investors always have good things to say about the platform. Even those that aren't technology advanced find the software to be easy to use and very helpful.
Am also anxious for the mobile App form so could access on the go.
Our investors love the thorough and easy-to-use portal. The integration process was seamless and it has been a huge upgrade over our previous systems.

The payroll module is great. Overall I like the ease of the software and how straight forward it is.
Also, sometimes you will get the message that an illegal action was performed, not sure why this happens. There was some major confusion during the start of the ACA reporting.
My favorite feature is the ability to scan your own images on every type of entry, and the ability to create detailed organization accounts.
I was able to see which vendors were missing SSN before this last update, but that is not available any more.
The ease of use and the robust customization to what is needed for your organization.
Each time you select a cell to type in your hours, it skips back to the very beginning of the pay period and you have to scroll to where you previously where.
Integration with Zoho and Expensify are seamless. Transition from QuickBooks was easy and the transition team is easy to work with.
Not being able to attach notes to a transaction is the only downside.
We are a Municipality and we utilize the Billing , Payroll, Accounts Payable Modules. We are happy with each of these modules.

Their product support provided the needed organization and product expertise for a successful implementation. Their customer service always responds with 60 minutes and mostly within 30 minutes.

I am very pleased with the product and value of the software, it is built to handle corporations much larger and complex than us, but it is still user friendly to our needs, and is still affordable.
They take something that is already difficult for many people to understand and make it worse by having a terrible UI, and login and authentication process.
Certent is great to help me understand my equity grants. It, very clearly, lists out my grants and any relevant information.
Can be so fickle with timing of the activity. Not very fluid to correct misinformation from data uploads.
Their customer support is outstanding. When I've had an issue, they've addressed it immediately.
The software is missing some key features that will impact the future.
Ease of use, user interface friendly, great and timely customer support.
Reports have weird names. Refreshing to fidelity's isn't always the easiest.
The financial reporting is good and gets us where we need to be come audit time. Integration with various brokers is helpful for tailoring uses for different company needs.
This software is easy to use and the reporting tools are great.
The overall benefit of using Certent is that it has save us time during month-end.
Software provides forecasting which has been extremely powerful especially in these economic times.
The system can hand any time of award our organization would like to grant, and it has all the tools necessary for accounting, activity, and regulatory requirements.
It is a simple tool to help me keep track of my stock options.

It's a user friendly service with great customer care, wonderful service if u have a small business.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable from the company that is supposed to have your books.
Fields to fill and perfectly links the data from one end like ap and AR to the bank reconciliation. Great reports on transactions for the month or period if interest.
The problem is that doing your own taxes online becomes risky the more you have to account for.
We love that it helps us streamline efforts, is easy to use, and is easy to train others on. QuickBooks Online has definitely been one of the best technology pieces of our administration.
Other than tracking my expenditures, the whole system is a pain. Error messages constantly received because "there's a message from your bank" bla bla bla.
This software has a lot of great features, the best of them all is the ability to import data from.
They have the among the worst support I have ever dealt with.
Quickbooks Online has a lot of wonderful features that are super easy to use and deploy in the office. A lot of time is saved with repetitive tasks that eat up a already busy day.
Love that it is cloud-based and can login from anywhere. I love that myself and my team can all be working in the same company file at the same time from wherever we are.

Customer service has suffered due to the dropped messages, limited user interface and time consuming ticket entry. Users and employees alike avoid the system.
Everyone involved was impressed by the organization of the training and effectiveness of it. They offered us the ability to call anytime if we have any issues.
Having trouble with acrobat pdfs and converting them in excel or words documents. Secondly trouble creating email groups and then editing email groups.
I like this software because it is affordable and and adds a lot of value to my money which is why I love it.
Getting error some time so it's take some time to remove the error.
My overall experience with this software so far is very good. They constantly try to improve and add more fantastic features.
Reporting out of the system takes most of my bosses time and the results coming out of it are questionable given the user experience causing garbage data in.

My overall experience with dynamics is wonderful because you can you use it for meeting etc and it’s lovely to have.
Is a pretty comfortable CRM, smart, complete, and professional. Don´t waste your time looking for another CRM´s this one is the best, this one has the best tools and features.
The Best thing about MS dynamics is that it provides the opportunity of interaction between users and clients. It has a very simple interface which makes it very easy to record negotiations.
This software is affordable and within our budget. I really like its ease of implementation and use.
The predictive insights that the software provides with the intelligence of AI is quite outstanding.
The integration between other Microsoft software makes it perfect use in all aspects. The layouts are great, utilizing it is easy and the software is not costly.
Everything from easy to use to excellent customer support, it is a top tool.

I love the app and gives me accounting on the go. Helps me track invoices and profits with ease.
There are no delivery notes/packing slips. They tout a "workaround" but be warned, it's exactly 10 extra clicks so it's really not an option if you need this feature.
The ease of use and reputation are by far the greatest part of this product. In addition to this, the range of potential integrations is fantastic.
Our main complaint is that Xero stopped doing payroll in 2018, so now you have to pay an additional fee to a payroll processor such as Gusto.
Really easy to submit expenses, categorise them and check the progress of you submitted expense - super easy to do all from the app.
Changing accounting software from Xero is a horrible experience. They make it very difficult to pivot to other software.
Great that our external accountants and legal support can access online as they need. Seems to be continuously evolving and its reassuring to see ongoing development of the product.
Removing/deleting of transactions and line items are difficult, imported by error and had to delete one by one.
I very much like the ease of uploading expenses to Xero and the fact that you can save photos of your receipts rather than keep loads of paper receipts.
At times it can be frustrating that the only way to deal with customer service is via online, written support.
I think that Xero is easy to use and setup, and the UI is great for beginners to use. Overall very friendly to the eyes.

Overall, it has been a great experience. Support is excellent, and the company works to constantly improve the product and keep the features competitive with what's available in the market.
Also for example, you can set invoices to "warn" you if duplicate invoice numbers when manually entering, but if you are using the import feature, it will just crash.
Have been on it since the start of the company and has worked great. Customer support is always there when we have a question and it serves our needs great.
Sage intacct was the worst experience I have had with any accounting system implementation. I basically did all of the integration and system set up and paid them to do it.
The customizing of reports is great. The simplicity is nice and it's easy to navigate around and for the most part pretty easy to train on.
We get a lot of errors within Intacct and Salesforce integration, I am not sure if our setup is just complex but we always seem to be fixing something.
Many options and integrations. I have used it for a while and looks interesting, and the data is impressive.
It was cumbersome to go back and fix an error. The customer service reps were not as knowledgeable in certain areas.
I because extremely comfortable with it with in days so i would say it is extremely user friendly. It was very convenient in the sene that most everything i needed was all in one place.
I like that Sage Intacct offers free webinars onlime. Accounting and financial management has been easy to handle via features like project accounting and AP and AR Automation.
The user friendliness makes it easy to train staff, the import feature saves us time when entering data and the ability to budget and expense to different dimensions.
Intacct is great for the price and functunality.
Sage is excellent to manage accounting departments for smaller organizations.
I can only say that I liked that this connected to Salesforce.
Ease of use, easy to modify and look up JEs as needed.
