Scheduling, payment, and affordable.
I like the payment processing and the customer service is wonderful. I was using Mindbody online and their price increase was not worth the services I was currently using. I feel Fitli has all the features I need and is much for affordable for a small business.
I do not like how you have to pay upon scheduling. I have a lot of clients that pay per sessions but I see them weekly. It would be much easier if I could schedule them in advance without having to charge them. The owner is aware of this and was very accommodating to try and remedy the situation for me, which I appreciated.

Best decision I could have made when choosing my scheduling software
The customer service has made it so easy and answered every question I have had. I am on the go a lot and don’t have time for tedious scheduling. This has been user friendly for me

Excellent because of flexibility of scheduling options and ease of getting help. Software developers were constantly making improvements based on client feedback.
The ease and availability of help, both a real person for immediate online assistance and ease of scheduling a real person phone conversation. The response was always quick and helpful
Software could be confusing for clients due to the way ours was set up in our scheduling calendar

As our business grew, it was becoming increasingly difficult to manage the schedule and payments. Fitli simplified the entire process. Don't know how we would run the business without out! Their support team is phenomenal. We typically get an immediate response and resolution. If we encounter a bug or other more involved issue, they escalate the ticket and respond with a solution within a day. They listen to customers and modify features accordingly. Very flexible, adaptable business. Highly recommend!
Online booking, automatic payments, class scheduling, website integration, retail option.
Would like to see the Retail portion of the site expanded a bit to include a few more features (i.e. photos, quantity, options (sizes, colors).

So simple to set up on our website and the scheduling was very easy to maintain, Customer service was fast and thorough as well.
Unfortunately our home studio wasn't utilized as planned, as the main instructor was too busy with her other studio classes and did not use the software as much...

Fantastic customer service. When I was trying to decide what to use for my payments and scheduling for my business - they spent time with me in any way I needed. With a demo, follow up questions, etc. Theyre always happy to help and never make you feel like you’re a bother.
This software helps me organize my business scheduling, packages for my clients, easy payment processes and the reporting and promotions features are easy and useful.
I can’t say there’s much I don’t like, honestly.

Exceptional service and exceptional product.
We received tremendous help setting up our fitli site and the customer service is the best on the planet!
Always want more ease of editing and making scheduling changes but fitli has made tremendous progress in this domain. The company is incredibly responsive to the user's needs! And I appreciate their constant transparency and honesty!

Payments and scheduling. While they have steadily improved their product every year and continue to do so. I'm grateful for what they offer small business owners like me.
The only thing I would welcome further is easier access to change appointments already in the system more fluidly.

Overall, fitli is an awesome online service for personal training services/businesses. It acts as my personal assistant and makes it easy for my clients and myself to use when booking/scheduling appointments.
I love the ease of use and thr superb customer service that the Fitli customer care team provides. This is a wonderful company to use for personal training businesses.
Sometimes my clients have difficulty signing up on the app/laptop before they start their personal training sessions.

Having been in business for nearly 12 years, I've used SO many different apps and softwares and generally received more frustration than benefit, especially for the money I was spending. Additionally, if I wanted an app, there was usually an even heftier up charge, as most scheduling softwares are designed for large scale gyms and fitness centers, or single use massage therapists. Since I do both...
Ease of scheduling multiple clients. Ability to incorporate packages & sharing them among families. Timely notifications and reminders for both myself and my clients. Quick turnaround on receiving payments through the app. Extremely responsive and helpful customer service!
It's a newer system, so some features aren't available yet. There's an iPhone app, but not an Android app yet

It allowed our users to have a more hands on experience in scheduling their sessions. Our previous software did not allow them to cancel sessions or be added to a waitlist if a class was full. It has made my job a lot less stressful!
Everything! We are a university and we were looking for a software that would allow our members to sign up for Reformer classes online. We had a lot of specifications and features we wanted/needed. The Fitli team was more than accommodating and even went as far as to add new features to benefit us specifically. The customer service has been outstanding! Our customers love how user friendly the software is. The Fitli team has done a great job of creating a wonderful software as well as creating a long standing relationship with their customers. It is very rare to find a company that will reach out to you simply just to see how things are going or inquire if there is anything they can improve upon.

I did not think I needed a scheduling software because of my small amount of clients. But, dealing with all of their schedules was overwhelming to me. Once I got the software, it has completely taken the stress away from me and from my clients too.
I love that this software was so easy for my clients to use and also very easy for me to use. I have used other softwares and none that have been this user friendly I truly appreciate the quick response when I need assistance.
I wish I could look up my schedule on the app. I can only use my computer to see what appts my clients have scheduled.

Excellent
Fitli is ideal for a small dance studio that needs to hold down costs. Does all the essential basics: class scheduling, packages, appointments, blocking out studio rentals, sales reports, class histories for students. Customer service has been superb. They have added some important features, like the ability to associate accounts with more than one person, like for a familiy. And they definitely have features I haven't even used yet.
It's a little more challenging to use when I need to go back in time to record payments or catch up records, but I've learned workarounds for most of these issues. Would be nice to have an android app as well as the iPhone app.
