“I think this is more of a cvent problem - but for anyone using cvent in tandem with MYS - the "native integration" only includes VERY basic information (it does NOT include sending the booth number, among other things, which feels like a huge miss). While the floorplan and backend are very self-serve once setup - the application is not. If we found an error/typo/quick change - we had to send everything to MYS for updating. While they were pretty quick to get updates made, this did cause some frustration.”
