Overall, EventMobi offers solid features and functionality for managing events, but like any software has some minor areas for improvement.

Some aspects, such as editing people, company details, locations, agenda details, etc. can be quite manual and tedious.

The registration form is simple to build and supports conditional fields.

We have decided to go with EventMobi time and again because they are moderately priced and work for our event needs, including badge creation and lead scanning.

The platform has proven to be reliable and adaptable across that range of use cases.

Only part that stuck out to me was that we had issues with attendees trying to log in to the app even though they were registered attendees.

The experience really improves the experience for delegates and keeps them on schedule.

The initial setup was super easy, as their team walked us through all the steps and even assisted with the initial building.

I like having the ability to use Live Polls, to communicate directly with attendees throughout the conference and to update details during the event to provide the most up-to-date information at all times.

EventMobi allows a lot of diversity with design and capabilities within the software in order to provide a unique mobile app where I am able to provide only the information necessary for my conferences.
