Unfortunately, the venue can charge an exorbitant fees for a dedicated hardline and power drops for the equipment, and you might not take that into account when signing up for this service.

The thing I liked least about Expo Pass for badge printing is that event users (ie staff) have to be put in duplicatively with another email address.

I greatly appreciate the seamless attendee experience we're able to offer our reunion attendees when we use Expo Pass.

There are several aspects of ExpoPass that needs to be corrected for Conference with 1000 or more attendees, CEU tracks, group registration needs, or multiple sessions offered simultaneously.  

This makes sense in a "Tiered Ticket" scenario but for CEU tracks that have the same value as General Admission tracks this is a complete mess, as groups like schools and Churches who need promocodes to register their groups will have multiple different track needs.  

Additionally the URL once opened does not indicate on the open browser whose sessions you're editing.   When working in spreadsheets you must be VERY careful to avoid mistakenly selecting Joe's URL when attempting to edit Jane's URL because once the URL is open it does not tell you whether you are looking at Joe's or Jane's session options and since you can't pull a report on those options mistakes are easily made.

Having to reboot the printer and trouble shoot many times, the router also gave us issues.

Magic Link and mobile app features were tough with our attendee contact list - not ExpoPass' fault - the city/state firewalls were challenging to get the emails through for setup of mobile app

This is "rectified" in the exhibitor portion of the app, but even there exhibitors can add their own personnel, but none of that info gets to the User and thus none of their personnel gets credentials for the event.

The thing that I liked most about Expo Pass, is the quick easy printing on-site for attendees and easy badge scanning.

We've been partnering with Expo Pass for our annual reunion event for the past 3+ years and it's become increasingly easier every year.

No cons to expopass, it can sometimes be a learning curve to work on the admin side of badge shells.

Their event check-in process, badge printing, App all are very user friendly and easy to navigate.

For example, if between 1pm and 3pm there are 4 workshops, at registration there is nothing that prevents a person from selecting all 4 of those workshops and registering for them.  

We contacted them a few times before the event occurred and they answered to our urgency within the hour.

It used to be so difficult to set up for registration since I was never sure if it would connect properly, if things would print, how badges would appear, etc., but with ExpoPass, everything is ready for me when it comes!

Customer service was always available when we needed support, but at times I felt there could have been more hands‑on guidance.

I've used them for 6 events now, with an attendance of 100-400 people and I've had no issues getting the equipment set up.

Our attendees report positive feedback at the ease of their check in experience and badge printing.

Additionally if you do see that box and move to the next page, it does not begin you at the top of that page, but rather in the same x/y position as the previous page.
