Easy, intuitive, and simple way to do customer relationship management.

Pros

I love the feed you get when you first log in. You can simply see all the most recent interactions. It's also very easy to add emails to the system - simply BCC your unique user email ID and it's added in automatically.

Cons

It's not easy to get helpful insights based on customers.

Over the years, Highrise has always been a great tool for me to manage my project leads and contacts

Pros

I am not a sales person, I am a developer, but Highrise makes it easy for me to keep track of things. It's integration into email, the way I work, makes it a breeze to use.

Cons

I've used software in the past (a now defunct site) that aggregated info scraped from google, twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn to give me more insight into the contacts that I had.

Simple but Great

Pros

The tasks are extremely easy to manage and team leaders get great insight into what everyone is working on.

Cons

With simplicity comes limitations. This CRM serves our small company well, but for a bigger company with mare email marketing this is not going to offer you the most robust features

The key system to making my business run smoothly. We'd be a disorganized mess without it.

Allows our team and clients easy access to all communication and orders with our accounts. Highrise is a screen always open and in constant use. It's a very easy to use and appealing CRM.

Pros

Highrise links with some other sites we use - mailchimp and easy insights to name a few.

Cons

I haven't tried the app in awhile but it used to be abysmal. Creating a new user and assigning permissions is a huge chore for us. Creating a deal is very manual and there are lots of opportunity for human error.
