Was my first try at a crm, used only the free version, but never really got the use out of it. Perhaps because it wasn’t an enjoyable/intuitive experience I was going for

Pros

Lots of features and you’re able to have quite a bit on the free version.

Cons

Was kind of clunky, design and user experience not great. I’m now using HubSpot crm(completely free) and it is much better suited and simple to use.

All of the basic functionality of a CRM, but feels outdated

From our experience within our company, it is a sufficient CRM, but in all honesty, after switching to Hubspot CRM, I realized that Insightly was missing a lot of other useful features.

Pros

It was a good starter CRM for our small company to get us more organized and move from an excel spreadsheet into a more feature-rich platform. It has the basic functionality of what you would expect from a CRM platform nowadays, with automatic email logging, contact management, as well as an integration with Quickbooks.

Cons

I felt like we outgrew it quickly. We were only on the free plan, but with the features that we used, and after analyzing the cost of upgrading versus the competitors, we couldn't justify the additional cost of upgrading Insightly.

It's easy to use, simple and straightforward. Everyone that I helped to move onto the CRM picked it up very quickly. It has great insights into the buyers journey and invaluable insights for the sales team.

Probably a bit too basic for bigger companies but fits the niche nicely for SMEs

Product is easy to use and so easy to get help with. Anyone can figure it out and it's great for collaboration

Cons

The prospecting tool is weak. There is a lot that can be done to improve the tool and give more valuable insights

I like the academy and the ability to utilize Hubspot with gmail.

Cons

I wish I had more insights as to number of opens, and could get more details about who was most likely to close.

We've found the CRM easy to use and navigate, with valuable reports and insights.

Pros

- Customer support is EXCELLENT (ticket raised via web chat and I usually get a call within 10 mins). - Editing website content is relatively simple. - Reporting dashboards are useful at times (with ability to pull in Google Ads/LinkedIn stats etc).

Cons

- Feel that the technical aspects are less easy to implement than WordPress i.e. changing coding etc.

Being on top of my prospects' responsiveness and activity is hugely beneficial and provides great insights to next steps in the sales process.

Pros

Love that that this software frees up time for true relationship-building and solution-selling. Takes the mundane out of sales and gives insights only this app can do!

Cons

When entering a new contact's fields such as phone and email, these are too far apart and wastes time when I'm inputting just the useful data to have to hunt down the page.

Hubspot CRM after 4 years

We are able to keep all contacts in one central location and glean insight into how the sales team is performing by tracking deal progression.

Pros

Hubspot works really well for us as a notification and sales funnel program. You can automate work flows and have calls dialed immediately one after another so you aren't inputting phone numbers or having to find the next prospect to contact.

Cons

Can be overwhelming for those who are not experienced with a CRM. Because of the many functionalities, sometimes it can be difficult to get exactly where you need to be between contacts/companies. Obviously is not an issue after spending some time with the program.
