What is Jimani?
Jimani is an online reservation platform for the catering industry, but it can also be used for other reservations, such as rooms or bowling alleys. Online reservations can be made on a web page via a widget. Reservations are updated in real time and can be mapped to a floor plan.
Different types of reservations can be assigned. For example, customers can make reservations for lunch or dinner, as well as book a hall or use a mini-golf course. A dashboard offers a comprehensive overview of all booked reservations. The number of people involved in the reservation is also visible. On the platform, reservations can be quickly accessed via different views. For example, the reception desk can choose a different view from that of the kitchen. All staff can access the reservations and any changes made via the mobile app. The app also provides a messaging function, so staff can communicate with each other.
Users can place two widgets on their own website: one for opening hours and one for reservations. Guests can access the reservations feature via the opening hours widget. The system can be freely configured to accommodate user requirements. Confirmation emails are also customizable.
