Horrible support. Their product specialists are fresh graduates who are clueless about the product. They don’t understand the features or the functionality in substantial depth to help with all the bugs within their software. The whole team takes a month to recognize the shortcoming and never gets back with a fix. Its hopeless. Also you will get support from their technical lead until you buy the product. Then they ll vanish.
UI UX is good. All features on paper atleast.
Bugs in very basic functionalities of a sales crm. Very poor support. Makes no sense to buy in front of legacy sales crm softwares.

Very easy and simple to use. Great value, it is cheaper than most CRM you find on the market right now, and they have all the functions you need.
Support is slow. And their sales CRM doesn't integrate with their marketing CRM Both are from the same company should be able to integrate with eachother.

All in one CRM which covers email management and tracking and provides a calling system inside the CRM!
They have quality leadscoring, email management and tracking, pipeline divided up by territories, reporting for managers, and what I love most about this product is their built in phone system! You don't have to leave the software to take care of all you sales tracking events! Plus it's super affordable.
They do not offer voicemail drop and the user interface is a tad boring. That last one isn't a true deal killer but since you'll be spending much of your day buried in a CRM it helps if the software is pretty to look at. :P

Best CRM system for SMB!
These CRM has features far more expensive solutions offer in their top packages. We especially like everything regarding email - tracking, ability to send emails from CRM etc
Customer support could be better. I hope that it is due to the growth, but sometimes it is slow and inefficient, although we haven't experienced anything too serious..

overall Fresh sales is very good and affordable CRM for companies looking for good CRM and very reasonable license pricing.
very comprehensive CRM tool which covers all sales related activities, integrated with Freshdesk ticketing tool as well so you can monitor your clients' tickets also, license price is very good as compared to other crmCRMproducts.
reporting and analysis is bit limited to filters and available options, plus reporting and making dashboard analysis is bit difficult for non-technical person and technical person like admin has to engage with sales team to teach them how to prepare your reports, graphical representations and dash boards.

Overall it's good CRM to use.
It's so easy to use. I'm using for leads capturing from website and so easy to manage. I can easily create the forms and deploy on my website to get leads
They can have so more features for forms customization. It's the drawback. If they have many more customization in webforms it will be great.

The one thing I didn't like about Freshworks CRM was that compared to other CRM companies is that you get more with other companies for the same price.
How easy it was to use Freshworks CRM is the main reason I used them in the past. Very easy to write emails and sending them out.
The one thing I do not like about Freshworks CRM is that for the $29 plan you only get 1000 contacts, other CRM providers offer more contacts for the same price.

Freshsales made it easy for my sales team to keep track of their prospects all the way through the sales cycle. Did not cost our company much money at all and was very easy to implement!
Freshsales makes creating and tracking leads for our financial services firm a breeze. You can integrate it within your email in order to track your prospects behaviors, which is extremely helpful. Makes your life easy when it comes to managing your deals and creating reports to track your progress. It is also very inexpensive for what you get!
There are other CRM software packages out there, some of which offer more features than Freshsales. In my opinion, Freshsales provides the most "bang for your buck" when it comes to a CRM system.

I received very good customer service with Fresh sales. Good return times on questions.
Affordable CRM. Easy to use and customize.
Nothing to complain about. There was nothing in particular that I could complain about. If anything I think after an update, the reporting was less user friendly for me and more complicated to understand, but Customer Service would help me setup anything I needed help with.

Freshsales has helped our organization overall. Our Insurance agents access everything from Leads, Customers, and Communications (SMS, Email, Chat) in Freshsales CRM. We have also integrated our internal systems with Freshsales CRM through custom app developments to customize the CRM as per our business requirements.
- Good customer support team- Price- Customizations- Marketing capabilities- Add ons- Customer communication mediums (SMS/Email/Chat, Chat bots)
- Product bugs- Feature limitations- Freshworks product integrations do not talk well with each other

I am a proud and very happy customer of CRM, Freshsales. It helps me to have all the client activities on track. It never puts me down or allows to create a communication gap between me and my clients.
The task option makes the whole CRM sensible since once the Task is set we don't have to remember to give a follow up mail to our clients even if it is after two or three months time.
I don't find anything least in CRM software since I am a very happy customer.

A strong and solid CRM, well worth investing in it.
It has every step of a sales process in a right way Leads, contacts and comanies have their own window, and when it comes to the actual sales funnel they have a streamlined view that allows you to see clearly which opportunities are in each one of the steps. This is a huge plus
The price is a not too expensive, but I like software to be cheaper. Specially since I always am thinking about the little businesses that are starting up.

I loved all the options/products available to me. From Chat support to a call center solution and integrated email, this CRM has everything you could need in a CRM
The UI is offputting initially - The contact page is very busy, it'd be nice to see more of a Facebook profile layout, something most people are used to seeing.

Freshsales is the best CRM software for beginners, it has not so many features but it helps when figuring out what CRM software is. The intuitive aspect of the software helps a lot.
Freshsales is very intuitive and easy to learn.

Great scope of features that gives you access to just about all functionality you would normally need to have a good view
While the width/scope of features are great, the depth in each is short of what serious user (used to the likes of Salesforce, Hubspot etc) would expect. Great for mid-tier though

Freshworks is an easy to use CRM and a user-friendly platform!
Each time I log a call I have to write the date/time manually. I have also experienced some problems with the mass e-mailing functionality.
