Unlike many CRM systems that offer only limited syncing, Method gives us a reliable connection between our customer management and accounting processes.

That level of customization has made a huge difference for us because our workflows are not standard, and we needed a system that could adapt instead of forcing us into rigid processes.

We use Method as our CRM because it integrates properly with QuickBooks Desktop, which was a major requirement for our business.

It's a basic CRM that provides basic functionality for small businesses but having come from enterprise-level CRM called Salesforce, I am unaware of the full configuration potential of Method which is why  scheduled the free 1 hour personalization discussion with a Method rep in a couple of weeks.

I sometimes have issues importing new customers, but can usually figure it out or manually enter them into the system.
