Nickelled is a cloud-based customer engagement solution designed to help businesses of all sizes create interactive walkthroughs for onboarding, prospects, or training purposes. The platform enables users to build manuals, tutorials and step-by-step guides for products, websites, applications, and program navigation. Nickelled allows users to share guided tours via different channels, such as text messaging, chat, bulk emails, website embedding, or active links in help documentation.

Nickelled offers a range of features, including self-paced learning, video integration, a caching-based environment, full-screen playback, smart-scrolling, automated form completion, guide creator tools, and multi-format support. The platform includes a mission dock module which allows users to launch guides and tutorials directly from their website. Point-and-click functionality enables users to create tutorials by simply selecting different elements.

Nickelled gives users insight into the user experience with analytics on number of views, completion status, satisfaction scores, and key metrics. The platform helps users monitor user sentiment through optional feedback surveys at the end of tutorials.
