It enables staff members to maintain a camper database with details, such as name, address, phone number, and email address.

Open Campground allows team members to review reservations, conduct drive-ups, handle check-ins, distribute discounts, configure holiday pricing, and manage cancellations on a centralized platform. With the group reservation tool, employees can create groups, select required spaces, and assign group wagonmasters, among other operations. The maintenance module allows administrators to schedule data backups, manage log files, track meter readings, and restart servers. The built-in site availability calendar uses a color-coding methodology, which lets supervisors track reservation status based on multiple criteria, including occupied, reserved, unavailable, and not checked-in.
