Pros

Easy to understand, hopefully boost the business, app is a great extra feature, able to use on many devices and check on the business at any time, training is great for the whole team.
The support team are brilliant and always happy to support and help where they can. Customer service excellent too.
I looked at quite a few systems & glad this is the one I went for. Amazing help from everyone & I think I used my support monthly fee in the first few days haha.

Pros

Brilliant great managers that keep you on track to make sure you are optimise all the features that are constantly being updated.
It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.

Cons

Based on my previous software company there was no charge and most of my booking made over night too, so in my eyes I am concerned about this.
Unprofessional Company with hidden charges and poor data management.
The company has hidden charges which they deduct at source so you can't see them or audit them.

Cons

The customer support service is terrible - I have had payments taken from clients that have not been transferred to me causing cash flow problems.
You will also be manipulated and pressured and lied to to get you off the free system and onto the payment system.
Even though your no show fees could end up paying for the fees, if you do not have any no shows a lot of your earnings are then left to pay for the fees.

One of the best systems i ever tried.

Shedul is one of the best and easiest to use systems i have ever worked with. I have more than 20 years experience in the beauty industry and had a chance to work with all kinds of systems including: MindBody, Shortcuts, Phorest and Salon Iris. I must say that Shedul is the best out there. Shedul has all the features i need to manage my business and its all for FREE. I wish i found Shedul years ago, it would have saved me lots of pain. STOP LOOKING, TRY SHEDUL AND YOU WILL NEVER LOOK BACK.
