Pros

Easy to understand, hopefully boost the business, app is a great extra feature, able to use on many devices and check on the business at any time, training is great for the whole team.
The support team are brilliant and always happy to support and help where they can. Customer service excellent too.
I looked at quite a few systems & glad this is the one I went for. Amazing help from everyone & I think I used my support monthly fee in the first few days haha.

Pros

I've experimented with quite a few apps and scheduling software over the years and I've just stared using Timely and its great. The ease of use and options are great.
Whenever I have emailed for support, the reply is speedy and I have always gotten a resolution. Affordable, user friendly, customizable, and overall a great choice.
The sms reminders are great and my customers love them. Having job locations populate with one click is also great.

Cons

Based on my previous software company there was no charge and most of my booking made over night too, so in my eyes I am concerned about this.
Unprofessional Company with hidden charges and poor data management.
The company has hidden charges which they deduct at source so you can't see them or audit them.

Cons

I would get myself into such a mess that I would occasionally double book myself, or forget to write an appointment in and sometimes write the appointment on the wrong date.
Everything transferred to a public vote to actually get attention and get into action, takes forever. Other then that, was charged by mistake and got credit instead of my money back.
After searching for months and finding nothing but limited and ridiculous expensive booking system software i stumbled across timley.

Our Spa has just started using the Phorest software and from the very start I have encountered complete professionalism, timely set up, all questions answered and a great team to make sure we are happy. Phorest is extremely user friendly and has many excellent features that my previous software may have had, but was too complex to even try! I am very pleased and recommend Phorest if you are looking for a user friendly, mobile, integrated program.

Pros

The layout of the software and it's easy of use. Also it has lots of support if you can't work out what you need to do

Cons

Not as advanced in terms of features - like Phorest or SalonSoftware that has lots more features but not as easy to use or learn.
