The layout which was similar to Trello for the sales process was amazing. And that is what sold me on trying the software. And I have to say, it works great.
The software did not feel as fast as what I came from (Pipelinedeals) and what I went to (Hubspot Sales). Page load times and speed of navigation is super important.

Our team of 10 sales reps have had 5 excellent years using Pipedrive.
The best thing about Pipedrive is that it's extremely fast (compared to other tools, such as Hubspot, for instance). Our Sales reps can work very efficiently, finding whoever they need or handling their activities.
The Marketing automation part is not as developed as in Hubspot, for instance, and you may need to work with integrations to do all you need, depending on your business size and needs.

Sales is the hub of almost every business, when I started out we struggled with selling, it was the most challenging part of our day to day projects, pipedrive made a huge difference, from planning sales to monitor deals it turned around the affairs of our profits making camapabilities, very helpful.
Pipedrive is helps alot, it is very easy to get started, an excellent software for small and medium sized businesses just like us when we first started, it saves us alot of time with its templates and there are group emails and workshops that are actually automated
Despite having all the advantages I find pipedrive to be slow as compared to other softwares that are taken as its direct competitors.

I was in sales for 1,5 years and our CRO introduces this tool to keep track of leads and activities. It solved our need and I remember it to be a good system, but eventually we migrated to Hubspot as we wanted more than just sales lead tracking.
Affordable pricing, keeps you on top of your customers and all activities tied to them, great follow up activity tracking so no deal ever slips through your fingers
Lacks integrations and flexibility. A company will probably outgrow it eventually when you want to advance the connection between your marketing funnels tracking into sales and support

Solid sales enablement software to keep a high-level overview on how teams are progressing through different quarters. It ultimately didn't have other features we needed to reduce our admin workflow while continuing to integrate with other parts of revenue operations.
There are a lot of great features compared to HubSpot if your team is specifically looking for a sales enablement solution. If you have multiple pipelines for different teams or business units then I would definitely recommend it.
When we first started using this it didn't have as many integrations with other programs we used so it was creating additional processes. Today it does have more support for different partners, but today you need more than a sales pipeline to close deals.

We decided to change from Hubspot to Pipedrive because we were not using all of Hubspot's features, considering many of them are more B2C oriented. Pipedrive is great as a CRM and super sales-oriented.
Pipedrive is super sales-oriented. It is analytical, clear, and easy to use. It has amazing automatization features for outbound sales.
The deploy was a lot harder than expected. The pricing is a bit salty as well.

Neutral, there's some really good functionality and additional extensions you can bolt on. They're also not as pushy as Hubspot. But not having a phone number to call when the system goes down is bad.
Reporting functionality seems better than HubSpot.
Support when they're having server issues, which is all too often.

In my opinion, it's fantastic. Since I'm working in IT and sales, Pipedrive is a very powerful CRM for business with easy access for users. I used both HubSpot and Pipedrive recently, I prefer the way Pipedrive does this, I feel more productive.
Pipedrive is very straightforward to use, the Pipedrive automation is the best it helps me automate my flow. When we started using it we loved it because it had fewer features than most competitors, but the features it had worked better.

Really like the overall experience. I like the fact that the product is constantly being updated to increase the user experience.
Ease of use Great interface
No full e-mail support Cannot get companies information by itself, such as Hubspot. I hate the fact that there is no way to make emails available for 2 users in both their inbox. For example we have some e-mail addresses that are general such as sales@.... it would be nice if everyone that worked in sales had access to see these emails in the inbox and not just in the deals.

First time using Pipedrive, after years of experience using Salesforce and Hubspot, and I really enjoy the user-centered experience. The tool has allowed us to build powerful sales automation (Activecampaign, Zapier, Calendly, Clickfunnels, etc) to empower our team to focus on closing more deals.
Very intuitive CRM, with solid integrations with other apps through Zapier.
The licence is not cheap and it was difficult to migrate data seamlessly from one pipedrive account to another.

Bottomline is that it is custom made for small teams comprises of few avid salesperson, which tends to push the product to its extremities and above all it is definitely true that it drives positive competition among employees and forces sales.
Being a Frequent user of CRM such as Salesforce, Asana and Hubspot to name a few, Pipedrive is the one custom-made for small teams and to drive sales ahead than others. Stratagies are made more efficient and outcomes are positive. convenient to use and manoeuverable to pass through steps.
It forces user to avoid e-mail, communication and messages as an anti-avoidance to push through steps. It can be less Stubborn.

Great tool! Excited for a future use-case that will warrant full use of it.
Pipedrive was something we did a free trial on when we were focused on building our inside sales team. Was really intuitive, I really liked it. A lot. Honestly we'll probably go back to them eventually. Hubspot's free version just suffices for the time-being.
It didn't have as generous of a "free" tier as Hubspot does. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing, per-say. In our early stages, we just haven't been able to justify switching. But I do like it better than Hubspot.

This CRM is down to earth, it allows you to easily follow your own customized sales process and maintain a good insights in regards to objectives, targets, deals getting old, etc. The Dashboard is a great way to maintain great visibility to the areas where you need the most attention.
There is no hierarchy levels and this makes it difficult to use when you have several sales managers and each sales manager has sales people under them. The current setup does not allow to create groups or similar. Huge need in the sales field.

I realized I had a bunch of emails dying in my inbox. Pipedrive helped me get them out of there easily and made sure that I was following up on them regularly. The very first day I used it I followed up on a deal that was languishing in my inbox and I got a project out of it. It is easy to use.
Not as fully featured as Hubspot but a lot cheaper and handles my most important tasks.

Pipedrive is suitable for sales teams that are not dependent of a marketing and inbound strategy, other than that, you can easily rely on it to all sales process's stages.
The CRM is pretty finnancially driven, for every opportunity you add, they calculate gains and losses to your company. Also, it's very easily implemented by anyone in the commercial team. Reports are easily generated online.
It's not a complete platform from the perspective of marketing/sales joint. You can only handle sales demands there.

Easy to use - our sales people hated our previous CRM and didn't use it; however they have completely embraced Pipedrive within days of it being introduced, and its starting to make a real difference in terms of deal visibility, increasing sales activities, and making more sales. Highly recommend it.
Not much. There are a few small features that could speed up configuration - for example copying pipeline setups, grouping pipelines into groups. But these are minor suggestions...On the whole, the system does what its meant to do in a simple and efficient way.

Overall experience was good but we had to move as we tried to scale up and required advanced reporting and point and click integration with certain tool that were not available at that point in time.
-Very clean product-Great UI - very intuitive -Does a good Sales CRM for companies trying to start their Sales process-Decent reporting

It was good for tracking the various sales pipelines we had going on but not superior to alternatives.
It was an OK CRM for our small company however, it was not worth the price especially with free softwares out there.
The price was the main detractor. There really wasn't much gain for the price compared to Hubspot or Zoho.

Great tool overall for Sales teams. A little more expensive that the traditional startup CRMs like pipedrive but still amazing
It's extremely easy to use, and Hubspot Sales Hub was what we needed. Easy to create pipeline stages, lifecycle stages, and activities.
The only con I found is that there is no real way to connect to marketing hub to communicate lead scoring or lead grading. We had to do that manually.

The sales aspect is pretty good but for the money I would use Pipedrive instead. It feels like the pipeline is over built and getting to the information I need quickly seems cumbersome.

We migrated from Pipedrive, RD Station, Intercom and Asknicely to keep the entire lead/customer history/journey in just one tool and Hubspot is awesome for providing adding a lot of value to the company.

HubSpot überzeugt uns in puncto Sales besonders dadurch, dass man viele nützliche Automations und workflows einbauen kann, die uns bei unserem alten CRM (pipedrive) fehlten. Trivial aber für uns entscheidend: eine gute Lead Rotation. Heißt bei uns werden Sales Reps automatisch den Deals zugeordnet nach einer Logik die wir aufsetzen können.
Absolute Kleinigkeit, aber mega mega nervig bei HubSpot ist die Zuweisung von Ereignissen zu Kontakten Deals Unternehmen etc. HubSpot lernt nicht dazu. Heißt: macht man in einem Deal einen Call aus dem Tool heraus, muss man danach selbsständig anwählen, dass der Call sowohl für Deal, als auch Unternehmen, als auch Kontakt gespeichert wird. Von alleine speichert es Hubspot nur z.B. im Deal und wenn man über den Kontakt navigiert, wäre der Call von selbst nicht sichtbar.
