Pros

Great API that allows us to use the software with multiple different companies. Everyone has always been helpful and ensures that we are loyalty program is successful.
They have always been by my side to help and guide me. M actually writing this because during my last call, I offered so many kudos, they asked I put them to good use here.
We have a great many followers and I wanted to offer my shoppers another opportunity to save money while they support a great organization.

Pros

Great app where you can recognize Your fellow co workers in a fast and easy way. Love it a great wat to keep your team motivated.
The Employee rewarding and the variety of merchants are incredible. Also, I love the integration with Microsoft Teams as this allows seamless communication amongst employees that are recognised.
In my first weeks at the new company, I've received a Guusto gift card for Uber Eats and I loved how easy it was to navigate the platform and enjoy the gift.

Cons

The templates for email blasts are very confusing.
Also sometimes it gets confusing as to where to go to access the different tasks that can be done using the system.
The tablets were the only problem we encountered but customer service was very prompt to get new ones to us asap.

Cons

No more lost cards in the mail. No more postage paid to mail out a gift card.
I really cannot think of any aspect of this software that was negative.
I was slightly confused by the combine gifts function - I wasn't sure what was combined and what was not (first time I used that function).

Buying bulk of gift cards and keeping audit trail is very hard. Guusto made it easier to track, send and receive gift card with more than 100 merchants. We can easily setup a account and start sending / redeeming gift cards.

I love it because of their great customer service ! Just the account creation is a hectic process. I wish there's a faster way to redeem the balance and send the gift card.

I am very pleased and look forward to using them in the future for our Loyalty Program and Employee Recognition.

Pros

The ease of sighing up and using the system. As an end user, it was very easy to get to the point where a reward was in my account and I could make a selection for a gift card. The gift card arrived in a very short time frame.

Cons

We found this to meet all of our needs. As a Canadian company it has a good selection of merchants.

The software was easy to navigate and use. I like that you don't have to use the physical gift card to recognize someone. I also like the freedom of choice of your preferred vendor. E-cards are simple and they don't overwhelm you with images - all and all great tool for work recognition program. I also like that fact that you don't have to send money, you can just send a lovely thank you note.

Cons

Honestly, I have been using GUUST for a bit over 5 months and I have not come across any hiccups. Good job

Quick and Easy

I loved the ability to provide a surprise and delight to our staff, gift them the option of a reward that is useful to them and the ability to reward them immediately from my computer without having to run around getting gift cards. The staff love the online option/app - only a few have preferred the paper option. And i like being able to send a personal note or picture along with the reward.

Pros

So much easier than constantly purchasing gift cards.Staff are all on board with using. Love bign able to send little notes and images with the message. Easy to track and manage gifts. And love that we are helping out a good cause at the same time!

Cons

Only one issue with redemption so far thorough the merchant's website for a short period of time.
