Pros

Our sales team is only 3 people but we still decided to integrate Prospect CRM into our workflow and we are thrilled about it. It is easy to work in, it is flexible and has very powerful features.
Prospect has without doubt created a seamless platform for our drinks business where we have greatly benefitted from this fantastic CRM software.
It is nice and easy to use software, full functional and has many nice features. Prospect CRM is the awesome sales CRM tool for our brand.

Pros

Second, I liked the ease of use and especially the useful app. Third, this feature is simple but powerful - the ability to easily set project milestones and both name and pick colors for all of these.
The platform is robust and provides enough automation to automate any workflow. The customer support is amazing, the folks are quick to respond and help you out running with particular requirements.
It allows you to invite others and share timelines with them. It is very helpful to stay organized and share progress with free viewers.

Cons

Awful customer relations and a nonsensical approach to customer service.
There is nothing that I can say is missing. We do not use the software's full features yet.
The key problem we were trying to solve by using Unleashed was to have a way to record our interactions with customers.

Cons

Previously we had workflows where multiple processes were being lost between our management team and one of our main clients due to emails being missed and not loaded.
I was really struggling with making sure my process was being followed for each of my clients.
Som missing cross-references between boards and projects.

Moderate -advanced user, tracking a network of dealers and overseeing regional sales for a world distribution tech firm.

Pros

Ease of use, adaptability and well-versed software that is great for all levels, beginner to advanced. Toos out the money yo might spend on training, you barely need it with Prospect! I have used multiple CRM platforms in my career and find them all to be buggy and unstable. Prospect takes a handle on self-learning at times, catching flaws before you can make them happen. In the end, as long as the person knows how to build contacts and close an opportunity, you are going to still end up with a great enterprise sales forecasting tool. Anyone could pick this up and run with it, making it the best CRM for large corporations who might need to adjust for different learning environments on each user.

Cons

The ability to mask internal resources. The point of a CRM is to share how we are all doing, creating proper forecasting to the sales team, not just management. With this feature on, the sales team might be blind until the next update.

The quotation was quick and accurate at the start and has never changed throughout the process. The onboardng was excellent and the training sessions were well executed by [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. My staff were engaged and are now eager to use Prospect CRM to assist with growing their and the business sales.

The hierarchy structure of the CRM is both is best feature, and, at times, it's most annoying depending on the type of customers you work with. There is a slight learning curve here but once your team is used to it, it works very well.

As a Sales Manager in a fast-paced industry where inventory is constantly moving and customers ebb and flow, I can safely say that Prospect CRM has really streamlined our approach and really allows us to manage our customers more effectively.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and how it integrates with other systems we use for manufacturing. I am able to qualify leads set tasks and get a real snapshot of the business as well as track inventory and look at peaks and troughs.

Cons

We had a few teething issues which were sorted out by the Prospectsoft Team all in all we have not come across any cons.

Pros

Live data so both our internal and external employees see exactly the same data in real time. Data includes all sales history, conversation notes, products (including stock levels and pricing), etc...

Really good programme, it is really self-intuitive. I have used several CRM systems over the years but this is my favourite.

I still haven't really got to grips with the reporting side of things, i know there is online tutorials but its having the time to sit and go through them.

Sales order entry and viewing stock levels is difficult in all the accounting systems we have used. We intially installed Prospectsoft CRM in order to make those tasks easy, which it has done. We are also now taking advantage of the customer relationship pieces, like note taking, lead tracking and problem management.

Pros

Quick order entry functions, clear visibility of inventory data and integration to our back office

Cons

Many things in the past, but Prospectsoft have fixed all those. There are things now which we want changing, but they are logged in an ideas portal and we have an understanding of how long they may take to make it into the live product.

Prospect CRM are an integral part of our business, without the CRM we would not able to trade, reliability is great and so is the service desk when things do go wrong.

You don't have to be an IT expert to be able to make small changes to the CRM software/portal where customers purchase our products - ease of use. Easy integration into Sage 50 and Stripe payment software really helps.

This removes the problem of having duplicate calls to our customers. It is bad customer service to call a prospect more than once. This app eliminated that issue.

Pros

The use of colors makes it easy to understand even if you are looking at someone else list. We use this mainly for our sales leads for three of our sales agents. And so far it really helps us organize our prospects, quotas, pending list and work flow.

Cons

It doesn't have a .PDF markup functionality.

Pros

The Monday CRM tool will help make our company much more organized. It will be much easier to manager our clients, customer relationships and leads.

Cons

Integration was the hardest part about the Monday Sales CRM.

Production Software

Amazing and productive!

Pros

We have used Monday for all our Production Tracking for 2 years. We have continually improved it and without a doubt has helped us grow. This year we deployed the CRM and have made the switch from Salesforce to Monday. Its much more user friendly and quicker. The app is much better as well!

Cons

I have no strong dislikes. The CRM and app have been amazing.

Implemented in a former role when running a retail incubator as a CRM only. Now using it as a project management tool as well as a CRM.

Pros

The ease of use and onbaording for net new team members. I have implemented monday at two different start ups now and I just love it :)

Cons

I don't have any complaints- it serves us very well for our needs

Pros

Cons

A good Project Management CRM option

It's ok, but still an in-progress CRM with some issues

Pros

I like that you can organize all of your tasks/projects in one place. You can add status, reminders, deadlines, owners, automations, etc.

Cons

When you automate something and you leave the board it will break.

Immensely Simple Set-up and Easier Continual Use

Pros

Monday is an extremely flexible product. I am able to accomplish all of the tasks I set out for and then some!

Cons

I'm not really sure what I don't like. There have been times in the moment I wanted something to work differently, but nothing that comes to mind.
