In other words, Rezdy is now seeking a percentage of our revenue for bookings they did not generate and payments they do not process. When we stated that we wished to remain on the Foundation plan we originally signed up for, we were given an ultimatum: switch to the new plan within three days or leave the platform entirely.

I have tours that genuinely don't make sense for a single person, and having no way to enforce a two-person minimum when connecting to OTAs is, in my opinion, a significant oversight.

Ability to take payment by credit card and Paypal, however, whilst you can charge the relevant merchant fee for credit card, you cannot for Paypal.

This means I have to stop what i am doing, go to the day the single booking came in and manually open every tour listed on that day and take out the vehicles that ARE STILL AVAILABLE, save it, go back in and add the vehicles I just took out, save it again and then make sure it shows up as available for that day. And then continue on with the 16 remaining tours, with the  same tedious time consuming procedure.  

Almost immediately after setup, I discovered through conversations with Rezdy staff that the add-on functionality didn't work the way I had been sold on.

There is no Drop-off location, it should filter by all reservations by default on the dashboard, not able to customize texts, limited itinerary function

Instead, I found myself getting multiple bookings per day — something I had specifically said I didn't want from the very beginning.

It just wasn't built for the way my business operates.

API connection to many OTAs, many possibilities in terms of connection with different products and services

To be clear, this is not a reflection on the people at Rezdy — the staff were kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help.

I have to again go through every single day of the month May through December and readd what Rezdy once again took out! If they had anyone on their chat that even cared it would be a miracle.

Mind you with have 17 tours and multiple guides and vehicles available that day to take care of more reservations.  

Only chat is available, the agents act as a wall to management who are probably hiding under their desks.

It's very complex and I found it not user friendly at all.

Try and find contact information for a corporate phone number, NO where.

Now to make it worse sometimes Rezdy will not even allow the available vehicles to be added back in!

No upgrades, no communication, a promised new platform that never comes.

The sales team was quick to respond and very polished in their pitch.

They merged with Regionado, Checkfront and others.

i.e you can't determine if people first found you through advertising, organic search, social, etc

It was a stressful and disappointing experience.

simple to put in products and change as necessary.

The mobile application lacks functionalities comparable to the web-based software.

Rezdy is incredibly user-friendly, offering reliable software that ensures accurate bookings.

Sure, you can pass on the many additional fees Rezdy has (on top of their standard monthly subscription fee) to the customer but it can add to a lot of money you are taxing the customer.

This is especially irritating because for the prior 3 months they kept inferring it was the fault of my Google Analytics specialists that were to blame.

Google thinks you're not making any sales on your website, which probably impacts your SEO quite badly

You cannot attribute revenue to the initial source.

If you have a company with many products and you need to load availability by time slots of 1h or 2h each product...

It's the ability to sort Orders by Product Date vs Order Date

We highly recommend using Checkfront instead of Rezdy because Checkfront doesnt skim $$ from your sales like Rezdy ( even after you paid your monthly subscription).

We offer hundreds of tours every year, and to simply see how overall  sales are going across all products or sessions is critical  so we can strategize, add buses on good selling tours, look ahead to see what might need to be canceled Due to low sales.

Before rezdy, all bookings were done over the phone and tracked in a spreadsheet.

Would prefer to the option to book workshop as this would be more time effecient rather than waiting for someone in the US to get back to us.

We were told during integration that Square and Rezdy had two way communication, it doesn't.

It doesn't seem like it will get better with time, even if you open tickets and comment on the problems you have...
