Started with FreshSales. Liked it. Easy to use and graphically good. Had some concerns about the long term investment in their own software and so wanted to try Salesforce. Through the trial subscription and then a paid subscription we tried to develop our pipeline to manage our leads. Took a lot of hours to even get the database going and then countless hours to manage the database. Really wish we stuck with Salesforce or Cloze was a really good alternative that's easy to use and much more cost effective for a small sales team. They lock you into a year contract even though everywere they advertise their monthly rate. Definitely look around before
Salesforce Marketing. Great ads. Leads you to believe they're the best in the business and you shouldn't use anything else or even look.
It was cumbersome to use. No real technical support to speak of. Felt like we were working on the database more than working in our database.

Not many integrations from third party apps like Salesforce, but I think it is a matter of time it catches up

We needed a sales opportunity tracking system that was easy to use and feature rich. Freshsales provided what we needed and more.
Over the years we have used several CRM and sales tracking apps and found that they are either very complex (e.g. Salesforce) and lacking of features (e.g. Pipedrive). Freshsales provides all the features and functionality that a company with regional sales teams (customer relationship owners) needs to manage opportunities. The task function provide reminder emails to keep in touch with customers and prospects.
There is nothing that we don't like about the software.

The overall Freshworks solution has massive potential. A really exciting space to watch I hope.
I have used CRM's for almost 15 years, Salesforce, Netsuite etc. Freshsales deliver a awesome product with very few weak areas. The overal value of the product is exceptional and the sales pipline with task and call management is exceptionally simple and yet increases conversion rates with this simplicity.
Everything could always be cheaper, but in reality it is a fair price.

Horrible support. Their product specialists are fresh graduates who are clueless about the product. They don’t understand the features or the functionality in substantial depth to help with all the bugs within their software. The whole team takes a month to recognize the shortcoming and never gets back with a fix. Its hopeless. Also you will get support from their technical lead until you buy the product. Then they ll vanish.
UI UX is good. All features on paper atleast.
Bugs in very basic functionalities of a sales crm. Very poor support. Makes no sense to buy in front of legacy sales crm softwares.

We are very happy and impressed with how powerful this system is for such a low price tag. We evaluated most powerful systems like Salesforce, Hubspot etc but the all-in one sales automation and CRM system from Freshsales does more than what we need for a fraction of the cost. Would recommend to anyone.
Its very easy to navigate and saves us hours each week due to how quickly you can update or bulk update records. It has incredible sales automation tools included that other products charge hundreds of dollars for.
The sales campaigns and email tracking works great, we would request an easier grid view to see total open counts by contact or lead. This info is available in reporting but a quick view would be best.

Overall powerful tool to setup your CRM , you can see complete picture of sales activities for sales team, sales manager and management.Territory based setup is strong tool to monitor territory based sales
Very powerful integrated crm tool swhich contain complete package of contacts, sales lead , clients, marketing campaigns, email campaigns , chat and additionally integrated with freshdesk ticketing system
Reporting is bit weak, like some text fields which are required in reporting for management are not part of this , some field are not editable for GCC market like VAT is tax in crm and we cannot change it to VAT

I like its lead generation method, it gives complete inside of my sales lead. once the lead is converted into customer the option of new opportunity continues. This method allows our sales team to generate more opportunities from a customer. Good and easy to navigate user-interface, mobile app gives our team power to be always on move and in action.
So far I did not find any negative points, this is my first experience with a sales management software and freshsales does all which are required to make sales management an efficient task.

I wouldn't say this product has the most features, but it offers everything your sales team needs to get to work for a more than competitive price. The email tracking, for instance, is really handy if you have team members sharing multiple accounts. I've seen other products offer similar features for much higher monthly rates, so you're really getting a deal. I also like the user-friendly interface, which really helps when you're trying to get your sales team onboard with using a new tool.
It would be great if the software was a bit more customizable but if you have a traditional sales team with traditional sales needs then you should have no issues adapting to this product.

Product is stellar! Customer service lines can be challenging to navigate
My favorite is developing, a filtered hit list and then clicking one button to enroll those ppl in the my sales campaigns and just follow the steps their, they take care of nurture for you
I’ve used Salesforce forever and it took a little learning to master it but not long or difficult to do

The training and onboarding were excellent. They always made time for the newbies in our group.
It is easy to add accounts and contacts manually or by uploading a CSV. Rich features and easy to navigate.
The sales process was hard because we started with an inside sales rep because we are a small group. We ended up with a corporate account manager at the close because of the size of our organization

Overall experience was phenomenal. It captures the entire sales flow from capturing leads to nurturing them and closing deals with a seamless easy to understand interface. Keeps various sections of the sales organization in the same page and informed during the entire flow
I have worked with Salesforce, SugarCRM, Pega etc. I found freshsales UI and flow the most seamless and intuitive

Freshsales has helped my coworker and myself be able to get our information that we need on the go, as we so often are away from a computer. The ease of use to scheduling reporting, call backs, emails, we are so happy we chose to move our database over.
I love how simple and easy to use Freshsales is! I spent a month demoing CRM's for our small sales team, and this was the simplest and most straight forward. The app is the best that I have seen hands down. Adding new leads, contacts and accounts takes only seconds. Fully customizable for our small chain hotel, I have the freedom to make the changes that we need for our industry.
The Sales Activities report is a basic reporting tool that most sales people require, and is only offered on the highest paid plans with Freshsales. I would like to see that offered on the lower paid platforms.

As a new startup, I was looking for a modern, full featured sales CRM that was affordable and easy to use. I also wanted it to be able to do some marketing automation. I wanted something that was a mix of SalesForce and Hubspot, but for smaller players like myself who don't have an enterprise budget. I found that with Freshsales. I'd highly recommend giving it a try.
I love the combination of ease of use, workflow automation, and value. My favorite feature are the workflows where I can set up a drip email campaign for new contacts that my sales reps acquire. It allows a nice mix of direct sales and automated marketing to achieve conversions. I also like the nice integration with Freshdesk, their companion customer CRM.
There's not much that I don't like. I'd love to see a feature where contacts can be contacted through other digital channels other than just traditional email - for example, Facebook Messenger and SMS. The software does pull in Facebook information automatically which is great. I'd love to see them take it a step further and allow for messaging through Facebook, as well as a way to send SMS messages/reminders.

I got the feeling that a sales person designed this program for the sales force. I love it. Highy recommend.
Very easy to use. Kept track of every stage of the deal. Emails and phone conversations were integrated in the tracking process. Kept track of all contacts associated with the client.
There was nothing not to like. I found no short-comings what-so-ever.
