Better insights in my sales

Pros

A well grown platform in the industry where quality is a big factor. Great for enterprises that want to handle the sales with ease. It good to have everything by hand with the mobile app.

Cons

Mobile app is not super reliable, some things are not accessible. Sometimes it feels like you need alot of support to use the software (training)

The ability to extract information gives you great insight into the future by measuring past actions.

Cons

It's not that intuitive, to really use it to the max you do need to spend some time learning the product. The nice thing is the amount of training that's at your fingertips, you just need to invest the time.

Some of the automated tasks. The seamless integration with GMAIL is incredible, I enjoyed being able to update records and deals right within gmail.

Cons

Pricier than their competitors. Entry level software platform, not as full featured as their parent company, salesforce.

I like that it is easy to use and fast. I have used both Dynamics and salesforce, and have noticed that Salesforce, in my opinion, is easier. It is also quicker moving from screen to screen and is more efficient.

Cons

The version of salesforce that I used did not have an insights tab like Dynamics CRM.
