Pros

Helping to bring the business up to date with a system that is modern and innovative. It is user friendly and easy to add new functionalities to it according to the business needs.
As a socially responsible company, it feels good to support another company like Salesforce that is committed to these values too.
Salesforce remains the best CRM application for growing our business because of the amazing features. Integration of third-party and add-on options it offers.

Pros

What I love most is the ability to make quality drip campaigns, email sequencing that can be combined with phone and LinkedIn messaging, along with integrating with SFDC.
We moved across from Groove to Outreach and this was one of the best decisions we made. Outreach connects much better to other tools in our stack and the functionality is on another level.
In addition, ease of use is one of the most important things to understand the language of a program and I love the ease of use in Outreach.

Cons

Terrible experience I wouldn't recommend to even our biggest competitor, Salesforce is totally unintuitive and with very bad UX. Expensive, hard to use and hard to manage.
There are times when the automation fails and gives back inaccurate data. We have to trouble shoot almost weekly to figure out what happened.
The only negative aspect I've encountered while utilizing SalesForce is that saving entered data is not done automatically and can lead to losing work.

Cons

Horrible Customer Service, if you value customer service, this is not the company for you.
NO integration with zapier - makes it difficult to integrate with my non-standard CRM package.
The interface is not user-friendly whatsoever. I have a hard time navigating aroud and i have been using the software for over a year.

Pros

I love that my company is able to track what accounts are currently being prospected and are also able to add features such as our newest button, one that takes an account that was previously active, but had been inactive for a few months and was being delivered marketing, now can be brought back to an active opportunity through one click. This has helped our marketing team know when to stop sending marketing materials in order to prevent overlap between the sales and marketing teams.

Cons

Many times I find outreach and salesforce do not talk well to each other. This is most likely more of an Outreach con.

This software allows customization of tools to support all departments including sales, support, operations, and inventory. Salesforce added value by allowing my business to forecast, manage, and garner insight into my sales pipeline and outbound processes while simultaneously managing inventory aspects and communication tasks/continuity.

Cons

Filtering accounts to fine tune a sales outreach program can be challenging.

The pro's far outreach the con's. Have had a great experience with using SFDC.

Pros

The organizational function of Salesforce is its strongest quality. You have different accounts in different phases in their respective buckets, making it easy to access and prioritize outreach.

Cons

Tools to automate outreach. You have to use Yesware or another plug-in to simplify/automate outreach via campaigns. Hubspot definitely takes the cake when comparing which platform has the better capability for efficient outbound tools.

As with many software like it, the information you get out is only as good as what goes in; there are some internal challenges with information being entered and updated.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up and track my projects...especially my marketing and outreach. I am able to share my progress with my Leadership Team so everyone is kept in the loop as to outreach and our goals.

Cons

Love the product but the price can be a little hard to swallow for a smaller company. Definitely recommend for medium to large company.

Pros

Salesforce is an excellent software to use in tandem with other CRM's like Outreach. Salesforce helps my team to see the interactions between the customer and our different outreach techniques. If we send out an email, we can see if our prospects open it or not.

A great way for the whole organization to see relationships with customers, prospects and store relevant data.

Pros

The transparency into accounts, contacts, deals, and pulling segmented reports as needed, to do my job well.

Cons

Salesforce lightning mode, doesn't have the same functionality as it's older interfaces does, and the integration with outreach on lightning mode isn't as fast or capable.

We're able to view a systematic dashboard and it allows for quick and efficient email outreach to the candidates.

Pros

The application allows you to customize reports and filters to ensure that you get a perfect or near perfect fit results. It allows you to change the fields and move the fields around according to your preference or requirements. It's easy to use and navigate. It serves as a platform for standardized candidate tracking for our firm, and also as a report generation tool that allows you to customize depending on your needs.

Cons

Some features are only available to those who have admin access and when glitches happen, it might take a while for responses to get to you.

I use it every day to track the outreach of my team, and work together to ind areas of opportunity.

Pros

Salesforce provides a lot of opportunity to collect, file, pull and organize date on you clients. It also is very helpful in keeping the privacy of your client limited to those who actually need to see the information.

Cons

In my experience, it is a very heavy and cumbersome software. I've used it on two separate teams, and the new version is definitely more agile, but updating and streamlining it seems like a major lift for the software team.

Pros

Love how it syncs with my other software (Outreach, GSuite, etc.) and helps me stay organized with my sales cycles. Couldn't do without it.

Cons

It's a little clunky and not super user-friendly, but it's not terrible once you get used to it and all the trainings and tutorials are really helpful. It also does so much, it's amazing that it rarely crashes.

Outreach has seamless integration with Salesforce. No longer need to manually import contacts from your salesforce to your sales management platform. The analytical capacity of the product is amazing. It enables leaders to manage teams and improve sales engagement.

Cons

The reporting capabilities of the software can be more flexible. There are just the classic reporting options available at the moment and the rest needs to be managed by tags.

Great sales engagement platform for any sales org looking to take their prospecting analytics and reporting to the next level. Sequencing, call recording, prospecting tracking, Salesforce integration are all great.

Cons

Very click heavy. I've had a lot of glitchy experiences where imports, mail merges, sequences fail and there is not a clear explanation as to why.

Pros

simple, clean, available, intuitive. Outreach is everywhere I need it and doesn't slow me down or get in my way. It does everything I need it to do and gives visibility to my coworkers to see what they need to see.

Cons

some of the throttling and timing issues were difficult to learn, but that's to be expected with any new software.

Cons
