It also supports integration with Zoho CRM, using a Goldfish phone system with Quvu Phonebridge, for unified and integrated communications.
With 24/7 platform monitoring, there are multiple levels of security such as firewall protection, intrusion detection and prevention, penetration testing, use of SSL, and encryption of sensitive data.
