RingOver overview

RingOver is a cloud-based business phone system which offers sales and support teams multiple communication features via web and mobile apps. In just minutes, admins can obtain virtual international landline and mobile numbers to make and receive calls and SMS worldwide. RingOver operates in full SaaS mode making it a perfect match with bring-your-own-device (BYOD) schemes.

Users can also access advanced call-centre features such as CRM and Helpdesk integrations, automatic call activity logging, click-to-call, call supervisions, call recording, after-call management, IVR, real-time analytics, and more. RingOver works simply by allowing users to choose their landline or mobile number in over 60 countries, then assigning numbers to team members or by department. Users can manage all of their calls from a central location - the RingOver dashboard.

As a 100% cloud solution, RingOver ensures all user-communication passes through the internet. Users can make unlimited calls from any place, at any time, via any internet-enabled device, including mobile devices. RingOver is compatible with Chrome and Firefox browsers. Users can switch calls to different devices, communicate with colleagues through internal chat, and transfer calls between colleagues.

Within RingOver's platform, users can set their business hours, voicemail greeting and activate do not disturb mode. Other useful RingOver features include real-time reporting and statistics, interactive voice response (IVR), click to call buttons and after-call tags.
