Pros
Integration with salesforce is good, overall quality of calls are good. There are some nifty features like note-taking and more.
For now, the solution for me. Thank you to Ringover for listening to me and providing a solution.
Ease of use, good quality of calls and ability to record calls.
Cons
Absolutely awful, disgusted in the service in which they provided.
Or maybe you do, because that is what you understand from your website. Regardless, all your follow ups literally ignored my replies.
Sometimes it occurs some errors on recognising the devices i use has headphones.

Un outil SIMPLE, PRAGMATIQUE et EFFICACE

Je recherchai une solution de téléphonie sur IP qui me permette de gagner du temps dans mon quotidien et qui était au centre de mes applications métiers. Je ne suis pas un grand adepte du téléphone mais je l'utilise au quotidien dans ma prospection et surtout dans le suivi client. J'ai trouvé avec MyRingOver une solution complètement adaptée et même des fonctionnalités que je ne pensais pas réaliser pour ma TPE (Avoir un SVI paramétrable à volonté, relié mes 16000 contacts de mon crm avec mon téléphone, conserver les messages vocaux de mes clients, ne plus oublier de rappeler un client ou un prospect ...) On a des tutoriels de courtes videos à disposition sur les fonctionnalités Les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les bonnes pratiques sont actualisées au fil de l'eau

Simplicité d'utilisation et prise en main Facilité de paramétrage (SVI, répondeur, message vocal, création de lignes) Intégration avec mon CRM hubspot Utilisation du Click and Call depuis son ordinateur PC Mobilité de mon téléphone fixe Utilisation de la visio conférence en 1 clic

Cons

Il manque la gestion du fond d'écran dans la visio conférence mais cela va sans aucun doute venir

Service de téléphonie IP 100% web, fiable, moderne, résilient, innovant et 100% français

Pros

100% web + mobile. Aucun besoin de faire appel à un tiers pour configurer quoi que soit. Nouvelle ligne et numéro en 30s. Interface d'administration rapide. Interface web claire et intuitive. Beaucoup de fonctions utiles (gestion des rappels, manqués, messagerie, transfert) si simple que l'équipe arrive à s'en servir, alors que les systèmes classiques étaient incompréhensibles. On a l'impression d'être sur du SaaS de 2021, pas une vieillerie VoIP de 2000.

Cons

Certaines options cruciales (ex: planification des jours fériés) ne sont disponibles que sur la version payante. L'application macOS / Windows est à la traine par rapport à l'app fonctionnant simplement avec site web de Ringover. Pas de forfait sans appels illimités Engagement long pour avoir une grosse remise.

très bonne solution de téléphonie

grâce à son intégration avec mon CRM, ringover permet de gagner du temps et chaque appel est noté dans la fiche de chaque client ce qui permet une traçabilité des conversations

Pros

ce qui est le plus d'impact c'est la possibilité de le relier directement à mon CRM qui s'appelle sellsy l'intégration se fait en 3 clics et surtout est très bien documentée de chaque côté des prestataires

Cons

le souci vient du coût qui est très élevé et que chaque option coûte un peu cher

Ringover me fait tout simplement perdre des clients.

J'ai apprécié la facilité d'utilisation du logiciel

Cons

J'apprécie moins, quand cela fait maintenant 5 mois que je ne reçois plus d'appel via le logiciel car je ne m'en suis pas rendu compte tout de suite. Par contre, là ou je suis encore plus déçus c'est que personne ne me répond et n'ai revenu vers moi pour me trouver une solution à ce problème malgré mes différentes relance.

Might be the perfect solution for SMEs

Pros

If you have a team that needs to work from the same number all the time, well Ringover does that job. Apart from the team we had at our offices, we also had an international team. Ringover was the first cloud-based phone solution that we used as a team. It worked well.

Cons

Well, we were on trial and decided to try for some months. We ended up with another software because Ringover didn't have as many features that we needed at the time. We were quite a big company, so it might be the perfect solution for SMEs.
