Pros

It’s amazing to have your days in one place. Square sends out reminders and confirmations which is amazing.
We liked that it tied into Square and we wanted to keep everything inside of unified platform. We also like clean layout.
I have a wonderful time using square and I recommend it to everyone I know that’s in business.

Pros

Brilliant great managers that keep you on track to make sure you are optimise all the features that are constantly being updated.
It makes my business run more efficiently, at a higher profit and a seamless experience for my clients. Everything about this system just works, the team have done an excellent job.
I like that it’s an easy program to use with great functions that are improving all the time.

Cons

Square has no emergency procedures. I was just told Monday morning that the initial complaint was not entered correctly and no one has even looked at our issue yet.
I hate having to login with my email and password over and over.
The calendar is not functional at all. There is no calendar in the app either (computer only) so our techs in the field cannot use it.

Cons

The customer support service is terrible - I have had payments taken from clients that have not been transferred to me causing cash flow problems.
You will also be manipulated and pressured and lied to to get you off the free system and onto the payment system.
Even though your no show fees could end up paying for the fees, if you do not have any no shows a lot of your earnings are then left to pay for the fees.

It's easy to find your appointments and for your clients to make one and choose their appointment type.

Cons

I do not see a way to ask for deposit while booking the appointment. This is something I look for .

Pros

I like that my clients are required to have a number on file. I like how I can set my own prices. Control my booking hours on the app.

Cons

I wish Fresha had something like square where i could just have people tap on my iPhone to pay. Or something like a square reader but for fresha.

I use it since October 2015 and works great for me. I am an aesthetician and own a full cosmetology shop. For credit card payments I use square. Works perfect in the phone, ipad and computer. I think that is wonderful for hair stylists too. Very easy to set up, to note info about clients, to communicate with your team (and schedule appointments without overlapping your employees or miss their availability) and to confirm appointments and send reminders to clients, reports, inventory and more

Pros

Free, online schedule, reminders for clients and notifications for staff, versatile for any kind of services in beauty industry, possibility to insert your own vouchers, gift cards, payments type that may be combined, tax automatically calculated for products, inventory...lots of beautiful feature that improve with the needs of every user that asks

It has helped my business move more effectively. Keeping stock and appointments have never been so easier than there are now. No more double bookings, or missed appointments.

Pros

I love shedul!!! It has made my work and booking system so much easier and has made me more accountable. I love the fact that my clients can book with no hassle and it’s really easy to use. You can auto set messages, booking reminders, thank you messages to your clients and collect all the data you need. You can also add your staff and your clients can select what staff they prefer.

Cons

The only thing I don’t like is the fact that At the moment there is no iOS app. But I’m sure they are working on it.

The product systems is brilliant

We used to hold all our products on excel and not really know what we had sold but now we have a great tool with inventory and stocks plus it handles all our commission for the therapists. We can just click on products and check out and add this to our clients bill plus send them an invoice and then it updates the stock. Fantastic!

I love being able to check my schedule/appointments where ever I am at, from any device (phone, iPad or computer). I like being able to see stats and reports. I like tracking inventory with it. i love being able to book clients' repeating appointments and ease of rescheduling. i guess i just love EVERYTHING about it!

Really great. I have been trying to find a good booking app to use for when I am an independent contractor doing nails (right now I'm in beauty school) and this is by far the best. The fact that it's free was a big turn on for me. There are other features you can pay for but I really enjoy the fact that they don't try to shove it down my throat trying to make me buy it. Very simple design, really easy to follow, and very easy to organize what services you offer, etc. Really great customer service also!!

The only thing I dislike is that it does not give me notifications for appointments

I have my own business as a Babysitter and Nanny, I provide options for families who need before or after school care, full day babysitting or weekend and night babysitting. SHEDUL has been fantastic for me to be able to schedule appointments. I love the included block out time at the end of each appointment for my travel time plus now I can remind my customers automatically it's just something else I don't have to do. I'm in love with the reoccurring appointments function, plus all the reports available! It's an all-in-one business tool for a small business owner with no time for administration, just out there working!

Reminder sms, reoccurring appointments, customer can book their own appointments, automatic block time after appointments, ease of use, customer support and the user support section, you can ask a question to see if it's been answered before and if not you can ask and they will get back to you :)

An online manager with analytics. What more could you ask for? Staff and client database with client messaging notifications. Rescheduling appts made easy.

Great system for salons

I love having access to my appointments from anywhere via the mobile app

Pros

It's free and perfect for a small salon. I love that at the end of the year I can quickly print reports for my accountant

Cons

I wish it was compatible with square. It would also like to see a better form for client notes.

I like the ease of being able to manage your appointments
