The Best CRM there is

2016-10-04

Forget about SAP, Oracle, SugarCRM. All else are dinosaurs.

No Product can replace Salesforce

2016-11-02

It has made my job flexible compared to other CRM's like Dynamics AX, SugarCRM etc. It helps me keep track of my leads and activities the way I need.

They are the #1 SFA tool out there for a reason

2017-12-21

Pros

SF is a beast for the amount of data and configs it handles...the time savings we have achieved with this automation is phenomenal. It has blown other CRMs out of the water in many ways. Of course all of this comes with a price.

Cons

Sometimes what I really needed is what I have found in SugarCRM. A quick look at my sales funnel, from a lead to a closed customer. easy way to input prospects and convert them to leads.

Recently rolled out successful implementation of Salesforce.com

2014-10-23

Pros

After going through a fairly lengthy vendor section process (primarily deciding between SugarCRM and Salesforce.com), we decided to implement Salesforce to streamline communication and collaboration between our sales and support teams and gather information for metrics and reporting.

Cons

Part of the user interface could definitely use an upgrade, and some of the settings and configuration are not very intuitive (e.g., a user permission that should be a simple checkbox sometimes requires changes in three different places in the administrator setup in order to change it).

If you are new to Salesforce, I would definitely recommend working with a consultant to get it set up for your organization.

Salesforce at a glance

2017-02-01

It was helpful having a background in working with other (yet smaller) CRM programs, and I just say Salesforce is WAY more advanced than any other platform I have used like Microsoft 360 and SugarCRM. The training was thorough and we have a Salesforce rep for our company we have access to pretty much 10 hours per day, which has been really helpful.

Pros

Reporting: the fields are easy to understand which makes pulling reports a breeze UI: once I got familiar with the terminology, the platform was easy to navigate. Took about 3 days of entry to get a solid handle Integration with Oracle: this was a key because now I can enter my forecasts in one place rather than 3 which I had to before

Cons

There are a LOT of features and fields that I never know. This was a business rule the agency we merged with set in place, but I'd like it if I could customize this based on an Account Manager role.

There are plenty of videos on Youtube, Lynda.com, and elsewhere to get familiar with the tool if you have issues.

SalesForce CRM

2016-10-27

The software first time configuration is a bit of a hassle not because of being hard which i say is mid difficult in level but the amount of information in the help section that can confuse a person 3. once properly set up is quite easy to use and the mobile app is great. 4. after two years we decided to switch to sugarcrm which did the same we did in salesforce minus the mobile app part

Pros

Easy to used after its configured

Cons

Configuration process might disheartened some people
