Due diligence services enable users to manage lease abstracts, financial modeling and deal structures, plus rent and sales comps. The CRE Suite’s due diligence tools help teams close transactions on everything from a loan on a single-tenant drugstore to a 100-property portfolio. Lease abstracting technology enables users to identify and extract important information from documents and highlight missing fields and documents. The LeaseWatcher reporting feature allows users to track the lease abstraction process in real time.
The CRE Suite’s real estate financial analysis and modeling services help users model cash flows and returns accurately at the property, portfolio, fund, or corporate level.
