Pros

You can build incredibly amazing customer relationship with the most popular and favorite Zoho CRM Software. You can convert extra leads and you can easily increase your revenue.
I like the most about the collaborative easy to use tools with any type of function like customer service, marketing and creating automated responses which are very helpful.
ZOHO CRM is very easy to use, particularly, it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit business goals. It has a great user-friendly interface and easy to navigate.

Pros

What I love most is the ability to make quality drip campaigns, email sequencing that can be combined with phone and LinkedIn messaging, along with integrating with SFDC.
We moved across from Groove to Outreach and this was one of the best decisions we made. Outreach connects much better to other tools in our stack and the functionality is on another level.
In addition, ease of use is one of the most important things to understand the language of a program and I love the ease of use in Outreach.

Cons

The workflow piece is awful and not intuitive at all. Where all other platforms use actual workflows, Zoho is stuck in the 18th century in its interface.
Really clunky, looks terrible (in terms of UI), and generally a bad CRM tool. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was a mistake and I immediately corrected myself by ignoring Zoho apps. Though I wasted 2 months learning the modules.

Cons

Horrible Customer Service, if you value customer service, this is not the company for you.
NO integration with zapier - makes it difficult to integrate with my non-standard CRM package.
The interface is not user-friendly whatsoever. I have a hard time navigating aroud and i have been using the software for over a year.

Outreach and tracking for customer engagement

Pros

I do like that most of the features are integrated into the software, email tracking is my biggest like, as well as using blueprint for a phone sales script.

Cons

It can be difficult to get the CRM set up correctly. As well the metrics dashboard doesn't have commonly known metrics already up.

Flexible to use very easy to setup and onboarding process - they do well to ensure you understand the software and use it well

Cons

integrating twillio sms and call solutions are pricey. They sell may valuable addons as separate products (which other crms have integrated) making almost impossible to leave

This CRM is easy to tailor to various departments for different purposes. Sales teams especially will appreciate functions to label contacts and lead touches with tags for future outreach.

Cons

There are still some features that act buggy at times. The text fields often require refreshing, and customer support is not always expedient.

Pros

It was fairly user friendly. It walked you through some of the steps to upload contacts for communications and outreach.

Cons

It was not versatile. If you use the free CRM you are limited in your capabilities of searching records/companies/projects. I was not a fan of the simplicity. This might be good for only one user with maybe a few hundred contacts. When you upgrade, you are getting a little bit of a boost in capabilities, but not enough to quantify and justify the price.

We have been very satisfied with the trial and have learned more through it. We'd recommend to anyone working to grow customers or a client base.

Pros

We're trying Zoho CRM as a way to track admissions and marketing work. It's been very effective. One thing we'd note right off the bat is that Zoho's website, as it advertises efficacy of use and user-friendliness, is right on the money. Here, the advertising matches the product well!

Cons

We haven't found anything in Zoho that fails to match what it advertises. It's been effective and definitely helps track outreach to new customers and follow up.

I do a ton of outreach and have a lot of incoming mail via my website, Zoho is in the cloud so it keeps my computer clear and the interface is pleasant to work in.

Pros

I like the quick and easy tagging options which allows you to find a particular type of mail quickly.

Cons

If you start deleting emails in any sort of volume, the whole system seems to freeze temporarily.

Good experience so far with regular usage. I would like some of the features to be integrated in one app instead of spread across multiple apps

Pros

I own a startup and setup Zoho CRM for my emailing and customer outreach. I love how inexpensive the product is compared to other similar offerings. I was able to setup my email for CRM pretty easily. Also, the user interface looks good.

Cons

Only thing i did not like was how some of the features were separated across multiple Zoho apps. I had to download a different app to do some of the admin functionality that could have been included in the main app.

A client relationship management system is a must for our business and we have been using Zoho CRM for years. Cons

The contact search function could be better. Sometimes it won't find the contact you are looking for if you do not spell it exactly as it appears in the database

We use Zoho CRM for lead management. We have numerous leads we handle from various sources, and Zoho CRM makes the process very simple and customizable thanks to an intuitive interface. Zoho CRM is convenient given the way it allows administrators to manage auxiliary personnel and assign follow-up tasks. Without the software, we could not efficiently manage our leads.

Pros

Before switching to Zoho CRM, we faced a lot of problems in keeping track of people and prospects. Zoho is so beautiful, user-friendly, and very customizable. These facts help us excel in outreach efforts and capitalize on our sales opportunities! I think Zoho CRM is fairly user-friendly. I also think it's very fast and easy to set up the customer database, customize filters, and manage live activity lists and leads. Different integration options are available to streamline the follow-up procedure.

Cons

When trying to link unique modifications to existing contacts, we were confronted with a considerable impediment. We found the solution to this problem, but it was laborious for a while. I'd like to see a live chat function on Zoho for simple questions in particular. It was a bit difficult for me to integrate my Gmail with Zoho. Overall it's a good value in an easy-to-use package. It's not going to be a powerhouse like Sales Force, but you're going to be able to set it up by yourself relatively easily. As a trade show manager, it's one of the best solutions for tracking every single detail of a trade show. Pros

We use Zoho to track our sales leads, ongoing projects, and trade shows. In general I'd say the biggest pro is the flexibility and customization offered by the software. It's some serious bang for your buck! To this day, we create new tabs and have it track new lists or integrate it with new software.

Cons

The mobile app. It's really lacking. It will not display leads or trade shows as they are sorted on my desktop, which ultimately makes it useless. Sorting alphabetically doesn't work for leads or trade shows when the database goes back 7 years. If a mobile app is vital, Zoho may not be the best solution for you until the app is upgraded.

Very helpful but...

Overall, I was able to reach out to more people and follow-up without thinking due to the automated features but when you have a large sales team it created a variety of issues in our CRM and by causing duplicate messages to the customer

Pros

I love the sequencing feature and the ability to setup automated emails, calls and social media connections all in one place.

Cons

If you have it connect to a CRM it hard to manage contacts and leads in your CRM and again in Outreach. It creates duplicated messages to your customer and can degrade the data in your CRM. I personally did not like having to manage contacts in two separate places CRM and Outreach. I t may have been how our company used it but never the less we still had these issues using it.

For any sales team, an automation tool, that covers all aspects of the sales process, from calls to email, is very key. With Outreach, the sales team will have this ability, which will help automate calls and emails in one dashboard view.

Pros

Pros

The reporting and analytics from Outreach are second to none

Cons

The integration with Salesforce isn’t as effective as it should be. But the main problem is that in a crowded market, Outreach is evolving to become a CRM, which is fine if you need a CRM. But if you’re looking for an easy software to measure email engagement and effectiveness of campaigns, it’s not the right solution.

Outreach is a great tool and although I still personally prefer HubSpot's CRM to Outreach, it is on the right path and with more time and load-time fixes for the clunky interface, it has potential to rival its competitors.

Pros

Outreach has a lot of potential for being a "newer" CRM on the market. Integrations are quickly updated and added and the customer service is fast & responsive to any issues or questions.

Cons

A couple of problems with outreach - load times (tested with both macbook and powerful desktop PC) are almost always very long.

Probably the most frustrating software I've ever used

Pros

Sequences are good, however this can be achieved with most CRM's these days. Call task lists work well, but you need to tag everything before being able to filter between tasks.

Cons

The software basically stopped working about 1-2 weeks ago. We can no longer change owners of leads, add tags, set up filters. We've tried on multiple devices, with multiple team members, but nothing. I've been told there's no date when this will be fixed, so we have an unusable CRM. I've raised tickets in the past which on average took about 1-2 weeks for a response, but I thought urgent issues would be resolved. The support staff are nice when you get a hold of them, but this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Save yourself the stress and find a different CRM.

It helps our sales team to reach our key accounts with a key message in a right time. By integrating it with CRM we can maintain a record of each prospects email communications, calls, and meetings. The risk of losing deals got reduced after we started using Outreach.

Pros

Using Outreach we were able to automate our sales efforts. We have synched up Outreach with HubSpot to keep track of all our prospects activities. Most useful features are building email sequence, integrating CRM, calendar and meetings. It allows you to create, manage and control customer data.

Cons

It does not allow us to create visually appealing emails. It’s analytics dashboard is very hard to understand.

This tool helps the entire sales team save hours of routine work! A competitor, Outplay, is giving a good run for their money and I'm tempted to migrate to save $$$ every month but Outreach is deeply integrated into a lot of our other tools, hence sticking to this tool for a while.

Pros

Love all the features offered by Outreach - from email personalization to CRM integration to logging phone calls without breaking a sweat. Quick response from their Customer Support team - even hopped on a call when our issue wasn't resolved. Documentation is extremely helpful and easy to interpret.

Cons

Their pricing plans seem to be on the higher side compared to the rest of the players. VOIP functionality is a little buggy, several recordings were affected from our first day.

A great tool to manage your sales funnel

Pros

The efficiency it gives you to managing your sales funnel. Less clicks and digging around the computer to enter notes and move between accounts in your CRM. If you have a sales funnel of 40 accounts/day to have touch points, you can finish them in under 2 hours.

Cons

Getting to implement is a huge task. You have to bulid a contact strategy, # of touch points, and messaging you want to use of the sales cycle and build it for each campaign. They do provide the necessary support to help both admins and user get the hang of it but you will have to be patient with the learning curve.

Pros

Simple integration with Salesforce and seamless sync of data, good calls platform, meeting scheduling, nice sequencing tool, Salesforce Opportunity overview in Outreach itself, email templates. The support team is extremely proactive.

Cons

The reports available are not so complete and flexible. There are a lot of limitations about filtering and changes of view. Outreach doesn't sync directly to LinkedIn, so LinkedIn tasks exist in the CRM, but they work more as reminders than as direct task. Conversational intelligence also has lot of room for improvement.

I am very thankful that I get to use Outreach on a daily basis instead of several other CRM systems I have used in previous positions. Overall the experience is positive and consistent and does not take long to train new employees to maximize their time with Outreach.

Pros

Outreach creates a very streamlined approach for contacting leads and keeping detailed information about communication. It is very easy to create and edit sequences for emails/calls to increase the capacity for communication for small sales teams.

Cons

The search functionality can be frustrating. In order to find a lead you have to input a lead's information exactly. There does not seem to be a "close to" option if you can't remember the exact spelling.

A great tool!

Pros

Easy to use software. Outreach cues up all my calls and emails for the day - making productivity increase and my day easier. Previously I would have to go to my CRM and open up multiple tabs, set tasks on contacts and call/email one by one, ill never go back to that!

Cons

Crashes occasionally and makes you reset because there is an update - slightly annoying.

Pros

Ease of use - having Outreach to manage my tasks is a real time saver. The fact that they are also able to tie in features like being able to see all the account info in one place, seeing when people open your emails, etc is awesome too because I don't have to keep switching between outreach and my crm.

Cons

1 feature I wish it offered for the Account Based sales orgs would be the option to notify us when an entire account has finished all sequences, as opposed to when a sole contact has finished.

I couldn't do my job without Outreach

With OutReach we having taking away the manual tasks that come with our Sales reps. No more hand dialing, taking notes, or writing the same email over and over again. We have basically built a modified CRM within Outreach, since we don't have Salesforce. We've seen so much success, we have now rolled out the software to multiple divisions within our Company.
