It is so wonderful to have the same person help us and help us grow our organization to serve the needs of our families.
I hate putting cons in here compared to how bad I consider their competition.
When I have had a request, she has fulfilled it and answered my questions fully. She has never made me to feel like any question is stupid, and answers with a wonderful attitude the same question.
The other platforms we abandoned appear to have been developed by people that understood databases but not fundraising or the technical level of the people who would be using it.
The entire team has been amazing to work with and the annual subscription rate is affordable for our non-profit.
People were frantically texting me asking me for a link to the auction or a QR code they could use and I had NO IDEA how to get that info.
The ease of use of the site. Customer service has been very responsive and helpful.
The only thing I struggle with in BetterUnite is the reports, but they are currently working on completely revamping their reporting.
Setting up my campaign was really easy and it looked great without any effort on my part. Now I get updates as I raise money and it's exciting.
I LOVE that we have a dedicate representative that will help us when we have needs for our events.
The customer service is wonderful and the software is easy to maneuver around.
It's usability and the look. Also that it's free is amazing.
I used the silent auction and adding items was super easy and very intuitive.

If I had to mention my top favorite out of all the features, it was the AR/VR Games. The range of games offered on their platform is amazing.
Some times, delegates are not able to see the stream on their browser's - could be individual-level issues. Certainly, the complaints have gone down drastically.
For a single platform to offer these many features, I was so excited to take a demo and try their platform out. To my pleasant surprise, they were amazing.
Flexibility in operating the software as it cause some trouble in making last minute changes.
The user-friendly interface that we have built for our sessions is exceptionally good, the ease of a customer to one submit login is great experience for users.
There was no disturbance and I took my own time to go through the event and enjoy it. Physical events lack this factor.
So overall me & my team had a great platform experience that we are very excited about.
My point of view price should be in lower side.
They were on their toes during the entire event and were so helpful. With their excellent customer support, you can completely rely on them.

We are happy and lucky to have them supporting our event and campaign. Onlive's solution contributes to the success of our project.
The pricing plans are a bit confusing and difficult to understand.
Great team to work with. The people are helpful, friendly and is able to help to solve any issues.
Some of the colors can make it hard to decipher.
I love how quickly and easily I can set up registration websites. I've also received great support from the team - helping to troubleshoot, customise solutions and answer all types of questions.
They did not offer a full white label because privacy settings are always going back to there website and there’s no way to redirect or turn this feature off.
Within days we were able to start taking transactions and selling tickets to our customers. The support team are fantastic and are always able to help when we need it.
For what I need it to do, it does it very well. The check-in system works fantastic and honestly the UI is easy to use.
In over all , i rate them 4 stars out of 5, super recommended to others.

The product was reasonably priced and offered most of the features we required. Staff were prompt with answers to questions and gave comprehensive information.
Onlive is really easy to use and offer all the tools you need to make a conference or a virtual event at a reasonable price.

I can say it was good experience overall. I used many features that were available on the app and was very happy with the features like business matchmaking.
If you have a long agenda, the list is going to be confusing because of its length.
The browser based version was a lot more stable than the app. It provided great additional information during the hybrid event (I attended on site so I did not use any streaming features).
There were times where the zoom video is a bit lagging while I am navigating through different pages on the platform.
Ease of access and easy navigation made it great to use.
During an event the number of emails an attendee received (one for each session) can be quite high, and lowers the general attention.
Easy to follow a conference and interact with the presenter. Liked the agenda feature, that you can select and compose your own agenda.
Interactions are not always as strong as we could expect them to be: but this is because of virtual fatigue and not because of the tool itself.
The software is very easy to handle and gives a lot of insights about other users. I really like that attendees can not only watch the sessions but also network with other experts.

WP Event Manager adapted easily to our needs, and best of all our Instructors love it. It is very intuitive to use, so none of our Instructors have asked us for any help.
