What is Onlive?

Onlive is an event management solution designed to help individuals and businesses manage online registrations, ticket sales, and attendee communications. It lets event organizers build and customize event web pages in order to communicate with guests via SMS or email, to aid with visitor engagement.

Key features of Onlive include attendee management, space/room setup, badge management, surveys and feedback, email marketing, ticketing, gamification, payment processing, QR code scanning, facial recognition, and mobile check-in. Teams can offer separate tickets to guests based on individual preferences, create voucher codes, and customize ticket prices. The solution allows guests to edit registrations and transfer tickets to other guests. Enterprises can build forms in order to gather guest information and create agendas, allowing guests to book sessions and secure seats in the event.

Onlive can automatically send SMS or email reminders to delegates, and they can check-in via QR codes, facial recognition, or name search, as well as print name badges using the self service portal. Users can add personalized welcome messages to check-in kiosks and register walk-in guests using the application. Using artificial intelligence (AI), teams can generate reports to gain insight into event demographics.

I was looking for a solution to design an event detail page along with an embedded registration form that I could customize. And be able to track sign-ups easily.

Pros
It’s user friendly! There are many customizable options, but it’s guided enough to ensure I don’t accidents create something hideous (like creating a personal blog page). I can add other administrators to help me with content population too :)

Cons
Nothing! Maybe having a mobile optimized version of the reporting pages? But then again, I’m usually on my laptop in the office...

Pros
Very smooth and clean interface, the check-in system that works flawlessly, the easy to set up app and website. The many insights we have found about our guests after starting to use onlive. It also integrates with our current analytics tools.

Cons
We don't have any complaints yet after using the system for several events.
