Full stack engagement platform

Happenee has countless experiences with all aspects covering today's event management. The platform gives companies great tools to work with their clients, not just for the event itself, but over a long period of time. Another big plus of their products is a great support. All events are always covered by accounts who are completely in control of the product and are always able to give advice. If you want to bet on safety, choose this company's products.

Pros

Although Happennee creates very robust solutions covering all aspects of event management in today's online age, its products are very sophisticated and therefore very user-friendly.

Cons

The company's products are constantly evolving and it is therefore necessary to keep up with developments. This is not difficult, however, as the company issues regular reports on new features and is always willing to explain how to operate them.

Event agency experience with Happenee

Team Happenne is an open and friendly team of professionals who try to solve all our not always simple ideas.

Pros

In the beginning, we thought we would use the platform as a replacement for physical events during the pandemic. During the course of use, we found that it was not a replacement, but a major extension of B2E and B2B communication, and the platform became an integral part of our events

Cons

We would appreciate more options to control and modify some parts of the platform ourselves. It would be more time and cost-efficient.

One-stop-shop for events

Happenee offers the overal solution for all kind of events - online, onsite and hybrid. You don't need more apps, everything is intergrated and regularly developed. We really appreciate company support of our events and customization.

Pros

Complexity of event steps mirrored in apps' functions. From registration (even accomodation) to the D day.

Cons

We would welcome better view of online events in comparison with onsite events - ie. to have the same environment.

Very good cooperation, they are fast, easy to talk and to explain our needs and problems.

Pros

Easy to use, very intuitive for event managers and for attendees as well

Cons

It took us a while to connect Happennee platform with our internal IT systems - mainly due to our compnay policies
