The ease of use, the ability to customize and best of all uniformity throughout the organization.
If you make a mistake there is no auto suggestion to help you out. It will give you a blank look and a confusing an error message.
Overall, I would recommend using Forms because its integration with one's google account is amazing and when drafted correctly, you can elicit the appropriate feedback from users of the Form.
I have a hard time making changes to my current forms. It is mainly because I am scared I will disrupt the flow of the form.
Auto save in the cloud is seamless with amazing collaboration support. Free to use and easily integrates with other Google features.
People miss the submit button after entering all the information. Hard to capture answers when this is missed.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.
Mailchimp is very great software. I like how it's easy to interface, and how you can clean the data.
Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.

Typeform has been a great tool to use for dedicated purposes; it is easy to subscribe when needed and then stop the subscription for a while. The customer service team is very flexible and helpful.
A few users emailed us to say they their submission was unable to go through. A few lost entries as a result of glitches.
Typeform help me to do it with easy and the report that can be generated from all the data collected help me to interprate the raw data better.
Limited in functionality beyond a question requiring multiple answers. Severe lack of customer service wanting to resort to only to email.
I love how nice looking the forms are. Beautifully designed forms encourage more people to fill them out.
We have used Typeform for years but suddenly they changed their freemium model without any notifications, no emails, no announcement and all our forms stopped working.
So far this software has been amazing. I love the way the forms look and feel when you fill them out.
It doesn't save your ongoing work. If you leave the program, all the data will be lost and you will have to start all over again.
In my opinion, Typeform is the best form builder out there. It is so user friendly, interactive and fun, that it bursts my creativity too.

You can allow this program to deal with emails instead of answering each on yourself. It's really a wonderful program and a huge help with your email returns.
I had to double enter a lot of info with my fundraising software and then to i-contact. There was a lack of integration that I found frustrating.
I like its enhanced features and how easy it has been to adapt to it. I like the customer service representatives and their willingness to help and answer all my questions.
They tried to steal another month of billing and made me dispute with my CC company.
I enjoy that iContact is easy to use, intuitive, and a great price for all that is packed into what you get. You also get great customer service with them.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.
I like the preview and ability to send test message. I like the social media integration.
The features may be a little limited compared to Mail Chimp.

The support has always been responsive and they do a great job of making sure you (the customer) is very comfortable and confident. The implementation process has been one of the best that I've seen.
Some of the multi-brand/templating features are a little limited and confusing.
Have only recently been using AskNicely, but the set up was super simple, the customer support was amazing, and we're already getting great actionable feedback from our NPS responses.
We did not have a 'close it' option when we were using it in-app, so a few our users became annoyed.
I'm also impressed with the breadth of other features and I'm eager to see how these can improve our overall experience, or even improve our process. The surveys themselves are visually pleasing.
Sometimes the mobile app does not give very accurate information, in a way that the score given by the customer is wrong. Could just be an app bug, most of the time it's correct.
This is not only good for NPS but I've used it as a case study in design and product development. I cite the onboarding, the clean design, the bias toward beautiful functionalism.
This skews our results and makes it difficult to understand how a specific day or weekend went for our customers.
