Great interface and awesome staff. Would highly recommend to anyone setting up a venue or selling tickets for an event.
Not the easiest to use and also yet another software to do things that are already done by the same ones.
Love all the design capabilities and analytics, not to mention they have the most awesome team available 24/7.
M addition, it’s not that user friendly so sometimes I struggle with it. Anyone new to the program with have a bit of difficulty to begin with.
The software is easy to use and has great qualities for events selling multiple tickets and wanting to track different sales and analytics.
Love using Backstage for ticketing. The service has improved my business tremendously.
They help us completely set up our entire event on the website and quickly make adjustments and suggestions as needed. They have great customer service.

I like that it sends emails out with confirmations and requests for approval. Very helpful to have the link included for easy access.
I enter ticket orders for multiple business lines & my manager shouldn't be the approver of other business lines tickets but there's no option to change the approver.
I like the ability to add multiple event dates, for the same performer, at the same time. I like the reminders - especially after the event to reconcile the attendees.
I don't like that when the tickets are sent via email, each ticket is in a separate email.
Seating chart was easy to understand and there was a good selection of seats to choose from. Could also sort by price of ticket which is helpful for those on a budget.
Can't think of anything negative to say - I really enjoy using this program. For new users, however, maybe a step-by-step tutorial upfront.

Glitnir is super easy to use. I feel like it is the most user friendly option not only behind the scenes but for the fans as well.
Sometimes it is hard to navigate. I can have problems finding what I need at times.
It has been a great experience working with Glitnir Ticketing, they provide outstanding customer service, they are always just a call or an email away.
However I find it difficult to teach my workers (mostly students) and administrators how to use the system and for game day sales and even more difficult to show them how to access other features.
Glitnir's ease of use software is superb for our industry. We've been using them for some time now and once everything was up to speed, the buying process was simple.
Figuring out how to generate certain reports can be complicated or tricky because there is so much functionality that it becomes confusing.
The customer service that has provided us is outstanding. The reps have always gotten back to us at a very quick base and can help us walk through any issues we have.
There is no current feature that I don't like about Glitnir.
We've had a very positive experience from day one with Glitnir. The value is great and they are always quick to resolve any issues that may arise.
They are very accommodating and grow with our organization and the industry to help us become better. I would recommend this system to anyone looking to make the most out of their Box Office.

We loved the interface and ease of setting up and managing tickets from one dashboard especially considering we had tried the other platforms and we didnt like them as much and the fees were higher.
Used in combination with Elevent, we got the job done, but it was frustrating to have to switch between the two all day and only be able to use each on specific platforms/OSs.
How easy it is to setup and get reports and how great they are at promoting events and how is it is to buy though this app.
Difficult to do reservations that are paid at the door.
Easy, User friendly & Beautiful Event Management System.
They told us they would now be paying us after our event takes places which means we had to cancel it as the venue requires payment up front.
Copying an event and cloning the details makes for a super easy upkeep. The UI is self explanatory and the integration with PayPal lets you get paid right away.
I don't recall having any particular complaints.
Easy to navigate and also to check the guests in at the door. Also like the option of promo codes if you want to give away some promo tickets.
We use this a few times a year, but when we do it is critical that we can easily set up nice looking ticketing, agend and event pages for our client.
Perfect for $5 tickets or less with their low flat rate fee. Stands up right along with other ticket sites such as eventbrite.
Pricing is very reasonable and competitive. Presentation of events is well done.
It's also easy to refund tickets for people that made mistakes. I think I've swapped performances for people too.
The social media integration makes marketing easier. The sale statistics make tracking marketing and engagement a breeze.

At first, it was strange to install a mobile app without an app store. As a result, I was worried in vain, and everyone figured it out quickly.
This is a cool app that I recently found at a developer's conference. I actually loved how easy it was to use and all the features.
There's always the problem with technology for events that are not held regularly. Edenkit has helped me a lot in this.
We've finally digitized our internal meetings and many have appreciated the ability to have an app with all the information they need on their phone instead of a paper agenda.
I liked the fact that I could set up the entire event on my own. It’s also easy to update as it immediately published the content on the website and mobile app and it saves a huge amount of time.
We were looking for an event platform that offered an easy-to-use mobile app, registration and website for our conference. Edenkit fit us perfectly, and its staff guided us every step of the way.
Great option for small conferences with limited budget and tight implementation deadlines.
We also saved costs by transferring everything to a digital format.

It is BY FAR the most sophisticated program, and that is exactly what I want for the types of clients and attendants I want to attract. Jamie, Julien and the entire Attendease team are fantastic.
Also, we often have a lot of weird flukes happen to the site that Troy or team will have to go in and fix. Not being able to have an event range for events that span several days.
I would say Attendease strengths are great and responsive customer service. Functionality wise strengths are- easy to set up simple events and cloning past events.
