What is AlignMark 360 Feedback?
AlignMark 360 Feedback is designed to help businesses in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, finance, and other sectors collect employee feedback from supervisors, subordinates, and co-workers. The application allows proprietors to create custom surveys for employees or using our content available in the survey library.
Stakeholders can use the 360 feedback survey platform to define the feedback rating scale and rater roles as well as email communications. It enables administrators to pre-load an approved list of raters or let participants assign raters to complete participant surveys. AlignMark 360 Feedback also offers a reporting module, which lets supervisors generate custom reports to gain insights into participants’ behaviors, provide suggestions for development, and identify the highest and lowest rated behavior.
AlignMark 360 Feedback helps managers create individual development plans (IDP) using customizable templates and review trend survey results to monitor employees’ performances. It enables administrators to generate feedback reports and send them to HR teams and participants in order to create development plans for participants.
