CDESK overview
What is CDESK?
CDESK offers various modules. Depending on the needs of a given company, an appropriate set of modules is selected.
The main CDESK modules include:
• Address book - introduces clear records of all customers, along with assigned contact details (phone number, email, etc).
• Requests - these are customer requests that must be processed by appropriate persons (respondents). Applications are processed and each work needed to resolve the application is registered in the system. Deadlines are counted according to the SLA.
• Deals - offer logging of current and completed work, including invoicing, cost planning, and human resources.
• CMDB database - offers logging of all configurable objects located in the company and more. These can be, for example: equipment on which services are provided, workplaces, buildings, or employees.
• Message Processing - Keeps all email that passes through your company in one place. Additionally, you can create processing rules that can trigger a specific action in the system from an e-mail message, e.g. creating an application.
Additionally, there are other modules that may be useful in some cases: price lists, employee replacement and holiday granting, knowledge base (know-how), booking of devices in the calendar, and more.
