Channel.me Live Chat offers chat topic feature, which lets administrators create chat topics and provide role-based access to edit, remove, or add topics. The application assists managers with adding new or deleting agents and handling information, such as screen name, authorized chat groups, active or inactive status and permission to control cobrowsing sessions. Contact center agents can use the proactive chat functionality to implement pop-up windows across multiple user groups, which allows them to connect with customers leaving the website.

Channel.me Live Chat enables users to pause or resume multiple chat sessions and configure quick responses to provide instant replies during customer interaction. Built-in analytics let managers monitor the performance of agents, request handling time, and average chat rating through graphs. It also supports integration with Google Analytics via APIs.
